There are very few hotels with three beds. The room is big enough, clean and comfortable. The most important thing is that the lady at the front desk is really nice and considerate!

If you are a company employee or want a good night's sleep, we recommend an official hotel. If you're a remote worker or student who likes the atmosphere of hostels, you might like this.The biggest plus is the neighbors. There are many restaurants catering to Japanese people.

It is a hotel with good cost performance.I was planning to check in in the middle of the night, but the hotel was closed, so I had to call them using a Thai number.You need to be careful about that.

Entrance is around the back of the main road and the reception cant be accessed until around 10am. My room was off the main reception area which was a bit annoying. Theres a lot of noise from traffic. The slats in the bed frame seem to have gaps so parts of the mattress are sunken. Receptionist was friendly. Probably wouldn't stay again but for the price it was worth it.

For Southeast Asia, a single room in this hotel booked at a price close to US$27-29 per night is quite expensive. Furthermore, there are places downstairs and nearby that make noise, such as bars or karaoke bars. When I checked in, there was still extremely loud noise nearby at 1-2 o'clock in the middle of the night, which kept me awake. So if I had to choose again, there would be better and better options in Bangkok, maybe with better rooms and cheaper.

Really mixed review. Positives - Staff were great, Celene and the staff were very helpful with all requests and ordering taxis and recommending where to buy souvenirs etc. Air con good, wifi good, room spacious with fridge and hot water.Negatives - The beds are ruined spring mattresses, on top of wooden slating that is spaced too far apart, in short a very uncomfortable bed and sleep. The windows are old wooden single-glazing that doesn't close properly and it faces a busy road, so it is noisy with engines and some honking all night.For the staff and location, I'd recommend it, the room itself was spacious and all amenities. But because the beds are terrible and the room is noisy, I can't recommend it as I couldn't really sleep - and that's the point of a hotel.....

Amazing little place I would say is between a hotel and a guest house. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, in a small hidden lane but right in the middle of the action. It felt like a little haven when I came back from exploring the city. The staff is super sweet, welcoming and always ready to help. There is a small common kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. A perfect base from which to visit the city and work remotely. 💜

I stayed here for a total of two (2) weeks and moved around a few rooms so I would say I got quite familiar with this place. The staff here are wonderful and can speak English very well. If you are looking for a budget friendly place, look no further because Narastay will surpass your expectations given the great customer service, homey/comfortable rooms and amazing location that is walkable to Phrom Phong BTS (SkyTrain) and all of EmDistrict shopping malls (EmPorium, EmQuartier & the new EmSphere). The Narastay community is quite a new establishment & boasts a shared living and co-working space that is suitable for all types. The community manager, Selene was the first whom I spoke to on the phone and from that conversation to when we actually met for my check-in was such a pleasant and easy experience. They are located on the main Soi 39 street and there’s a 7-Eleven conveniently located right across the street from them in which it was extremely easy to go whenever I needed anything at any time. I appreciated that Narastay also offered daily housekeeping services. They conveniently placed a door hanging tag inside all units with one side requesting for cleaning and the other side for “do not disturb”. I could say that although this place boasts a shared/collaboration type of community it also offers privacy for those that prefer that. Being that I was there for some time I was able to participate in their “game night”organized by the community manager, Selene and front desk receptionist, Ren. Not only was everything perfectly thought out for the game night but the vibe, energy and atmosphere created by the Narastay team made for such a fun and thrilling time. Many board games were available to play and the friendly nature of the team ended up having me want to stay and play and mingle even more.Being that I was uncertain about my timeline for living situation I had booked only a few nights at a time so that I could have time to find a permanent home and I have to say that Narastay was perfect for my situation with their flexible contracts. You can choose for nightly stays or even book for an entire month with great, competitive prices that can’t be found anywhere else in the Phrom Phong location. I had initially came with many luggages and was worried about how I would get it up 3 flights of steps but the Narastay team reassured me and actually came down to meet me in the front to assist with all of my belongings which was very much appreciated!I will 100% come back to Narastay with no hesitation and can recommend to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly place that offers you more than what you pay for. Great work Narastay team for creating such an inviting space and prioritizing customer service!

This is a very good location of the hotel, my first time here is not easy to find, you need to go through the alley at the end you will find that the best thing about the room I booked is that the bed is very soft, very comfortable to sleep on, but there are disadvantages, such as no elevator, you have to carry luggage to climb the stairs, and WIFI is not fast, but their service is very good!

Good price from trip.com. 700meters to BTS prompong-motorbike 20baht. Tuck away and might be hard to find at first. Service is good, staffs r friendly. House keeping clean your room but not change towels nor fill up bottle water.

It's close to Phrom Phong Station, there's a convenience store in front, and the staff are very friendly and even help you carry your suitcases. The room is clean and very nice.

When I come to Thailand, I often stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel or the Banyan Tree Hotel. I was having trouble finding a place to stay because there were duplicate reservations due to the hotel site, but I chose this hotel near the station because one of my employees was going to massage school. I was a little skeptical at first, but the staff spoke Japanese and the cleaning staff were wonderful, so I was able to stay there until the end. Even when I dropped 1,000 baht, she asked me if I had dropped it. I thought that was strange, but I think this is very rare overseas. The Japanese staff also respected her. There is a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, and they will exchange money for the washing machine . There is also a dryer. It was a twin room, so I was able to stay comfortably. I stay in many hotels due to business in Tokyo, Bangkok, Singapore, New York, Vancouver, and Monaco, but I have never seen such excellent staff at such a low price anywhere else. by Ogura
