Great location, nice clean hotel, water, coffee, cleaning every day (if you put up a sign). I was confused by the reviews about the presence of insects in the room, but everything was fine in my room. The staff is friendly. I'll definitely be back

The hotel is in a relatively close location. They ask for a 500 baht deposit. However the rooms have cockroaches everywhere, I found cockroaches walking on the bed and the last few days the air conditioning started throwing liquid in all directions. The cleaning staff was arrogant because since it was raining I asked them if I could eat in a corner where there is a chair and they replied that they didn't have time and that if I wasn't going to go out then they wouldn't put up the sign to tidy up the room. I do not recommend this place for the value of what they charge

Front desk personNo greetings, even if I say hello, they ignore me.Unfortunately I don't want to visit again, it's a lower level hotel.The room is not as comfortable as the price, and there are many hotels in the area, so you should choose a different hotel.Every day I enter a new hotel, I feel that way, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The only reason I can't give this hotel 5 stars is because none of the rooms have proper hot water in the show. You have to have have a cold to luke warm at best shower. You guys need to do something about the lack of hot water. Otherwise decent place. Comfortable place. Nice rooms. Good AC. A short walk to Soi Cowboy or either BTS station. Asoke is closest, But Phrom Phang station and Emsphere mall are a short walk as well.

Everything was fine but the hotel needs some training on how to clean rooms.The floors in my room turned my feet black from the filth. It looked like id been walking around Bkk with no shoes on.If you stay at this hotel youll be fine as long as you buy your own cleaning products.Dust, filth and dead insects.

The female staff here is really unfriendly in the evening. I asked for more towels, water, and toilet paper, but she screamed, played with her phone, did other things, and just watched dramas on the computer. This is the first time I've seen this kind of unfriendliness since I came to Thailand. The location is good. The water pressure is weak, and the bars are too noisy at night.
