It is cheap and you get what you pay for. Not the cleanest room and plenty of faults with the rooms. But if you need a good location and not having a problem with the room it is ok.

Very pleasant accommodation for reasonable money in a good location with infrastructure, cafes in neighboring hotels are open to everyone, a supermarket. Several gorgeous beaches within walking distance. Houses from 600 baht per day without TV and 900 baht with TV. You can walk from the port in about 20 minutes. In the evening there are discos nearby on the beach, beach cafes on the coastline towards the port and 7/11 are also not far away. I highly recommend it for a few days.

The room is clean enough for a budget room. But after Booked the 6 island trip the boss never highlighted to me I need to bring money to pay the island fee. When I get back I will give her feedback. She cannot be bored keep playing his game on phone 🥹 just said I forgot to close the case. Very irresponsible to customers. I'm a bit sad ...

One of the cheaper resorts on Koh Samed. Bungalows are a bit outdated and could use a bit of renovation.However, they are fairly clean.Resort is also a bit away from the beach. 3 - 5 minutes walking.A nice quiet beach, a bit away from the hustle and bustle.For food and drinks you can go to other bars and restaurants Sea Breeze does not have its own restaurant.In short, price/quality is ok.

The location is excellent, cafe, beach, shop nearby. The village is a 10-minute run, 20-25 minutes on foot. We filmed for 3 days. Upon check-in, we were given water. There is Wi-Fi. There are no Russian channels. The bungalow was not cleaned.

If you cut out the coconut tree, it would be good.. The residents were shocked..there was a lot of noise at House A8.

Bungalows absolute impudence, crooked (ice-cold beer can rolled across the whole room), bed linen stained, walls dirty and stained. Only the location was great right on the beach, breakfast was good. Conclusion: We expected little for the price but were still disappointed

The room condition is very old. The door didn't close completely. The lock key is not safe at all. Didn't come to change towels and give drinking water on the 2nd day.

Rubbish - subpar in every aspect. The water heater doesn't work. The water barely runs. The toilet is on it's way to give up. No closet. Wifi doesn't work. There's almost no one here and they still give us the room at the very end of the resort that needs a long walk. Can't rate the service because there isn't any. For a standard room at 1400B without breakfast you have many other choices, look elsewhere.

Bungalows 10 minutes walk away...you feel like you're disturbing the staff who are on their phones. You come for information and they ask you for your passport... We have the impression that they are making fun of each other. They laugh while looking at us... Really I don't understand why such a service is allowed! Place to avoid urgently. Infested with mosquitoes!! And very noisy!!

Reserve two deluxe rooms next to each other. Can push to different floors, the room is very bad, not clean. There is no closet to put clothes or a clothes rack for hanging clothes. The latch on the back cannot be locked.The cleaning staff spoke loudly. Can hardly sleep The male employee at the front desk spoke very badly. Don't ask for customers.

Very bad services. The heater machine for water didn't work, no towels in bathroom,shower is broken, when we asked for towels staff give us an excuses instead of apologize....I am Thai lady visit Smed island first time with my family...its a shame and embarrassing to bring my family from overseas to the dirty island and poor service places...I am definitely not coming back to smed island and I will tell all my friends how bad seabreeze hotel services was.
