Lazy service late at nightThe air conditioner is not cool at all in room 72. The first night, the 2nd night, I could bear it. The 3rd night, I didn't want to endure it, but the attendant said the room was full. OK, I have to be patient and sleep.The power system is constantly dropping. Even though the power goes from white to the same color, it's both hot and dizzy.I paid back 450.Go to work at 9 a.m. and come back to the room at 7 p.m. Going into the room, I couldn't breathe, worse than sleeping in a room with a fan. Let's stay in 3 rooms. It's a friend's room, but he can handle it because the air conditioner doesn't work very well. But our room always cuts 2 minutes. Sigh.Please delete and edit.

The person taking care of me takes good care of me. But let a group of people come and stay. And loud noises during the night Even though there is a sign posted prohibiting making loud noises that disturb others. There was no other arrangement at all. Just let other people move rooms to escape the noise.

Affordable accommodation Not far from the main road.☑️ Air conditioner☑️ Water heater☑️ Towel☑️ Drinking water❌ No breakfast❌ Refrigerator❌ Animals 🐕🐈The surrounding atmosphere is shady, with many trees. Nearby areas may not have amenities. But drive a bit and you'll enter the downtown area.Some people may use this place to sleep before crossing the first boat to Koh Samet. Some rested because they were tired. Some have the goal of coming to practice and exercise at Khao Yai Da.I would like to complain about the television signal. On the day of our stay, we turned on the television and it said there was no signal. But when trying to open it from the next room, 1 appears the same way. So I tried checking the signal from a room further away and it turned on normally. When I returned to my booking room, I could see it normally. So I informed the caretaker. So the caretaker closed the cutout in that room. When I walked back to my room, there was no signal. So I thought it might be because there was a signal connection.

Baan Suan is owned by a Thai person, but the caretakers and almost all the employees are Burmese. They are very welcoming and speak well. There is a common area for socializing, grilling, and coming as a group is recommended.

Good service and food The price is not expensive and it's delicious. The rooms are clean. There are many booths to sit and chill with no mosquitoes.
