It is a hotel and private condominium room. which was purchased at the beginning of construction If I have time and don't want to travel anywhere else, I will come and relax here. Mae Ramphueng Beach is quiet and not as crowded as Pattaya or Bangsaen.

The room is very old, a lot of dust. People with allergies recommend going to another hotel. The bathroom is old, but the room looks like it has been renovated. But it's just expanded from the original. The walkway between floors has only sand fragments and is rarely cleaned. The food is not delicious. There are few to choose from.

Had the opportunity to go see work in Rayong Province as a group. The team has chosen this hotel to stay. Personally, the room was not very good.-The room is hot from the sun shining through the window. Some old curtains frayed. Sunscreen isn't there.-Old air conditioner can't cool in time It must be left open for a very long time to cool.-The balconies and windows are dirty, full of dust and bird droppings.- Shower in the bathroom Can't adjust temperature If you adjust the heat, it is very hot.-Dinner served in Chinese style. It's not delicious at all, has no flavor, can't be added. I found cut watermelon on a plate and covered it with clear plastic. If you open it and eat it at night, it will spoil.There are still some advantages:- Location is in front of the beach. You can walk across the road and go play in the water. The hotel area is spacious with lots of parking.-The buffet breakfast provided is considered ok, tastes good, has a variety, you can eat until you're full.As for the price, I don't know because the stay is free. But if you pay your own money to stay here You'll have to think about what the price is first. What kind of room do you get?

The room smells really bad. There's a lot of dust. It's the dirtiest. I can't sleep at all. I'm only thinking about when will it be morning? It was the worst possible stay. The lights in the room went out. We called until we arrived until we couldn't wait and had to go out and wait near the beach. When we came back, the staff suddenly came in to change it without informing us first. It's good that you didn't leave valuables behind. One and last time, bye Rayong

Very dated property which needs a good overhaul. However it was in a good location right opposite the beach. Buffet breakfast is provided and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is on Mae Ramphueng Beach, Rayong Province. The day we went was Chinese New Year (10 February 2024). We drove together as two people to find a restaurant on the beach to sit and eat lunch. There weren't many people at all, very quiet. I found a restaurant on the beach in front of Rayong Beach School. There were people sitting on canvas beds at 2 tables, so I stopped and sat and ordered food and drinks. The food was delicious and not as expensive as I thought. Service was good after eating. going to the bathroom He told me to go to school.Rayong Beach is free of charge. Walked in and saw a counter telling room prices starting at 600 baht, 900 - 1300 baht should be able to see the sea. Look, it's not expensive at all. But we didn't rest. Because I was going to continue visiting Sak Ngaeo Market, I asked the hotel and was told they allowed me to use the bathroom for no charge. It was a very good service. The owner was very kind and generous. If I had the opportunity to stay here, thank you very much.

Advantages: Cool air conditioning, spacious room, ok breakfast, the restaurant is air conditioned, next to the sea, just across the road to the beach. Accommodation prices are not expensive.Disadvantages: The hotel looks overall, the building is quite old. The room is enough.The towels didn't look very clean. Cleaning was not complete. There was a bag of frozen ice in the refrigerator that had not been removed. The bathroom is ok, but the ceiling above seems like a drain or something with holes, making you suspicious when entering. The glass on the locked balcony doesn't make you feel unsafe. So we had to lock it because the glass had fallen into a groove. So I came back and locked it. At night, the air conditioner automatically adjusted, making it so hot I couldn't sleep. I had to get up and adjust myself so I could go back to bed, which was cool and normal.#Improvement points There should be more emphasis on cleanliness. and take care of various equipment so that it does not become damaged If you can do it, it will be very good. Cute price, not expensive, next to the sea.
