This is probably one of our best experiences in Thailand so far! The staff were very kind and our room was lovely. Definitely will return when in Thailand again.

The overall place is very good, comfortable, clean, very suitable for relaxing. The atmosphere, including the aromatherapy scent, is the overall mood and tone, namely The Base. The employees are smiling and greet well ✨But the point that I think I probably won't go again is here!! The night we stayed, there was heavy rain and strong wind. We went back to the room to insert the key card as usual, but eh!! The lights didn't turn on, so I assumed that the lights might have gone out because of the heavy rain and wind. But I was surprised that the water was still flowing. In my mind I thought, "It's still good to be able to take a shower." Otherwise, it will be really hot and tingly. After finishing his personal duties, he went to sleep. I slept like that and it was very late. The light will probably be on. It was very hot in bed. In conclusion, until morning, when I woke up at 7 a.m., the light still hadn't come on. And there was no warning or explanation. So I washed my face and brushed my teeth and went to eat breakfast. in order to inform the staff In conclusion, when I went down, all the lights downstairs were on. I was very confused, so I informed the staff. He said back thatEmployee: So, do customers always sleep like that?? That is, if there is an event like this I have to do this.. And what room are you staying in? How many nights are you staying??Me: I replied that it was only one night.Employee: Oh, that's terrible. I feel sorry for you. Didn't anyone inform you?Me: There isn't one. The room... (The staff went to look at the lights) It was 9:30 at that time.And then everything ended with just a pitiful conversation with the customer, no apology, no compensation. There was no feeling of wanting to take responsibility for what had happened.P.S. We work on complaints. and understand that every mistake is possible But responsibility Expressing concern is something that should and should be done for service work. But there's nothing here!!! I don't think I'd want to take out the money and experience service like this again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. We had Stand Villa 5 with a direct view of the sea and the beach. Very nicely furnished, large bathroom with shower and bathtub. …

The resort is very beautiful. All employees are smiling. Provides very good advice and service, delicious food, spacious and beautiful bathrooms. There is definitely a chance to go back again.

Overpriced resort. Value for money ? NO ! Reef restaurant have bad food, only the pizza was very good. Service from the bar is very bad, even not much guests it takes really long time for service. Nice beach but use other hotels nearby - much better value for money for sure !!!

Nice place, great staffs, and the best beach on the island 🏝️Suitable for people who come to relax and live a slow life because the hotel doesn't have many activities to do.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at!! Starting with the staff, super friendly, welcoming and always willing to help! The location is on the beach and the beach is wonderful, you really couldn’t ask for more! Lastly the rooms!!! Just impeccable, I absolutely love the rooms! The bathroom is amazing!!!! I loved my stay and this will be the only hotel I stay at if I come to Samed again!!!
