Lovely place to stay!The guesthouse is just a few minutes to the nearest beach. It's a great value for the money.Everything is spotless and taken care of. The room is comfortable and cute. Has a kettle, fridge and extra sofa. The bed is cozy, A/C powerful. We had a good rest here after a long trip.Our room looks better than in the pictures.Lovely owners.What else?Next to:- 7 Eleven- Makro- pier from which you can go to the island- market- bas stop/terminal (you can go to Bangkok, Pataya and many other directions).Recommend!

Our favorite guesthouse! We came there for a few days and stayed there for weeks. We came back with pleasure! The welcome is wonderful! The atmosphere is family and gentle! The rooms are nice. There is everything you need: air conditioning, water, refrigerator, television, hot water, coffee, small table...Above all, Pear and Mike are adorable. I can only recommend it for a pleasant stay, to relax, while being in the heart of Ban Phe.Close to Makro, 7 eleven, Lotus, and the different piers to go to Koh Samet!Shared taxis and other vans and minibuses stop nearby

Small family-run guesthouse, I would say it has 4/5 more or less large double rooms, the location is excellent, close to the port, the bus station and the town centre.The owners were kind and available to resolve any doubts, the rooms were clean and welcoming.

Stayed her for the night before getting ferry to ko samet following day. Mike who I gather owns runs the place a friendly guy who nothing seems to much trouble. Nice clean room big bed aircon and fridge and free water. Great if ur passing through this way. Will use again when going to the island.|Cheers Mike for looking after ys|Barry
