If you have no experience on the service industry at all, as an owner please hire people who have pleasing personality. The owner is the receptionist too, who apparently is grumpy and gives feeling of being unwelcomed on her hotel.The hotel is clean and near tubtim beach which is good.If its privacy you look for this isnt the place. This is best for people who spend most of their time outside.And again the experience is bad due to bad owner.

This is our third time on Samet and we always stay here. It's 2 minutes to the sea, but you can't hear the music from the bars on the beach. The rooms are not large, but cozy. Despite being a hotel staff, she showed no willingness to help.Despite these service issues, the room itself was acceptable. It wasn't very small and provided enough facilities, towels, wifi (it’s quite slow connection), a small bathroom, and water. Given that it's a budget hotel, expectations shouldn't be high. Unrepresentative room. I specially booked for the balcony with table and chairs. In the photo it looks cozy and peaceful. I don't have a table and 2 small wooden chairs without comfort. There is no place in the room to store luggage. We have to leave him on the floor. Miserable service. No smile at reception. Before my arrival I wrote on Whatsapp about booking and I sent an email. No response in 1 week. Regulation not mentioned that we absolutely have to have breakfast downstairs. Although the rest of the day we can eat upstairs in our room. When I arrived at 5 p.m. no water for the shower. I had to put my clothes back on to go down 3 floors to mention the problem.
