Stay on Thursday, price 1,100 baht, key deposit 500 baht when checking in. Met the aunt in front of the accommodation. Not sure if she's the owner or not. We informed our names that we reserved two rooms today. Auntie said no, today is full. Auntie confirmed that there really was no name in the book. I was really shocked and thought if I had gotten it or not. So I showed them the page of the accommodation where we transferred the money to reserve to see if it was the real page or not. Auntie said it was true. So we asked my aunt to call and check. Then we showed the evidence of the transfer to my aunt. And the aunt called to check with the admin again. In conclusion, I didn't tell my aunt that we had made a reservation. When we finished here, we went up to stay, opened the room, and drank perfume, which was very pungent and too pungent for friends. But other people may smell good. The air conditioner turned on for a while and the water dripped like a waterfall. But the accommodation called a technician to come and repair it while we were out and about. The towels have a very musty smell. The location is good, shady, near the pier. You can walk from the pier to the accommodation. Near 7-11.

We really liked it here. Clean, comfortable. Towels are changed. Large comfortable bed. Is there a safe in the room.From the window there was a view of the beautiful wall of another hotel.Very friendly staff.The shower room is spacious, clean, pleasant to wash. There is shower gel and shampoo.

Nice and clean room very near to Nadan Pier in Ko Samet.Didn't like the fact that there was no hotel staff around.The room had placard for different fines they would charge in case of violations right when you enter which does not really make you fewl welcomed.But nice room for budget stay very near to Saiw Kiew beach.

It's close to everything on the island, you can find a cheaper hotel, but are you going to sleep there 🤣😅😂

There is a cafe downstairs - the food is very tasty, even if there is no dish on the menu, they can make it. Prices are slightly below average. The staff are generally smart.

The property is located not far from the pier. You can walk from the pier to the hotel. Near a convenience store The hotel restaurant makes very delicious food. The uncle and aunt who run the hotel are kind. They are very helpful and give advice. If we go to Koh Samet, we will definitely return to stay here.

Nobody cleaned the room in 4 days, not bring toilet paper or change towels.During a heavy rain water started pouring inside the room through the air conditioning.Also they have an ant problem, many ants through the walls

The room is clean but a little cramped. When checking in, there were many restrictions. For example, do not bring any type of food or drink into the room to eat or else there will be a fine of 1,500 baht. Sometimes we want to buy the 7th item to eat. It's a bit strict.

Firstly We were kindly welcome by the owners. We had to wait a few minutes so the owner gave us a can of Coke. At the beginning room was clean. Convinient bed, clean bathroom. Bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Only one per person. No soap to wash hand in sink. Noone is cleaning the room during our stay, no new towels and cosmetics. Noone cares about the room after you got the key. Owners were usually very nice. The man gives us a free fruits a few times. Breakfast is good but serving very late. Begin at 8:30 am. When you checkout early morning you can't eat breakfast included in price. In place of breakfast owner give us plate of fruits and hot coffee on the last day.We decided to stay on the Island a few days less than we expected so we wanted to checkout earlier. There is no way to get money back for the days you want to resign. But owners are really helpful to find the way to get your destination.They don't know English very well but are really trying to understand. If you can't communicate with them you can always use Google translate.But comparing with other hotels this one was really good and safe. You need to only remember to get your own towel and bath cosmetics.

One of the best hotel I have been to. Room was really nice, fully-furnished and clean.There is an aircon which is working good. Bathroom big. Big bootles for shampoo and body gel.Food is really good, but a little bit expensive.For breakfast you can order toast, egg, ham, becon.. so not Thai food :(. However still quite good.And breakfast starts at 8.30 am (really late for me) and there was no information about it.Stuff speak poorly in English, but is really kind and friendly. We were given cup of coca cola as we came to the hotel :)WiFi works fast enough.Despite the fact that I didn't enjoyed koh samet at all, I liked this hotel.
