A fantastic hotel in a tropical park with a beautiful beach. If you are looking for peace and relaxation without a lot of hustle and bustle, you will find it here. What is definitely worth mentioning is the staff, who are always very friendly and work successfully to offer guests a perfect stay.

Decent hotel with beautiful beach but needs more attention to details to become the 5-stars resort it is pretending to be.We mentioned on our booking we were vegan yet every… single… meal… was a battle having to explain that we don’t eat animal products. A 5-stars hotel with about 10 occupied rooms should know the bare minimum about their guests in order to make them feel like they are in good hands. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case.Another star was deducted for the quality of the rooms. Perhaps we were unlucky but our villa needed some renovations and, because BOTH the shower and bath are outside, you end up having no choice but showering with leaves, mosquitoes and spiders which is sub-optimal to say the least. They said the shower can be covered to avoid contact with insects which we requested but they never covered the shower for us. Additionally, the private pool in our villa was stagnant and lacking chlorine which made it a mosquito heaven. Now to finish on positive notes, the beach was beautiful and well maintained. The beach amenities (kayak, paddle board) are free and available all day. The staff, whilst clueless about dietary restrictions, was lovely and helpful.

The beach of this hotel is fabulous with crystal clear waters. The hotel was being renovated when we arrived, so there were lots of work people and noise - we were only told of this after we had booked our room - it was advised in the confirmation email - no information beforehand. There was a lot of noise and typically they were working on the beach whilst we were there which is the best part of this hotel. The rooms were looking quite worn so I can understand the need for renovating. Only one member of staff on the island spoke good enough English for us to explain that we were vegan. Others thought we were saying we only ate meat. Quite often we would finally manage to explain our needs to a member of staff and then the next day they seemed to be back to thinking we only ate meat which was very frustrating. We did mention on our booking but nothing was done about this. We ordered drinks on the beach a few times and the staff were clearly annoyed as the cocktail bars near the beach were closed during the renovations and they were having to walk to the other side of the resort to collect our orders. Just all round not a very luxurious, customer service focused experience. There was one member of staff who was extremely attentive and we give an extra star for him. We only stayed for a couple of days so we are glad we didn’t stay for longer.

There is already a problem with the service attitude, and they still don’t understand the key points of the customer’s complaints! The answer is ridiculous! My problem is not whether you consider people over 12 years old to be adults or children! But your check-in staff at the front desk are unprofessional! We have already shown the passports of all checked-in guests to your front desk staff. Doesn’t she know how to read the guest’s information clearly? Why do you keep asking me how old my son is? I have already told her that my son is 11 years old, why should they not believe me and doubt my answer! They had all of our passports in their hands! Doesn’t she know how to see for herself? Do I need to lie about these things? You don’t review the quality and level of your employees! What seemed like a very polite reply seemed extremely ridiculous to me!

It’s the best resort on samed on the best beach near bangkok. The water was clear, although this time some seasonal rubbish were found here and there on the beach. The room is good. We got upgraded from the garden to garden pool! …

Nothing to say about the staff, food, and scenery. Points were deducted because the water pressure in the shower was too low and there was no privacy at all. I chose a villa with a swimming pool because I wanted to be able to swim in it, but the privacy of the room was really bad. Not good, you can see inside from the outside, if these can be improved, it will be perfect

The food was terrible. I ate in restaurants all day long and got severe vomiting and diarrhea that night after dinner! The hotel had no intention of taking responsibility or compensation until we responded to them when we were about to check out! A five-star hotel charges such a fee! This kind of service is not OK at all

It is disappointing to see access to the beach blocked by a resort. I was of the assumption all Thai beaches are free to all Thai people.

I’ve never been to heaven but if I ever have a choice, I’d rather come to this hotel. It is outstanding and beautiful in every way. The service is perfect and the food is delicious. …
