I would like to tell people who are thinking of staying at the resort. or this accommodation that the overall picture is very bad Considered the worst among the accommodations I have ever been to. Starting with the employees not being professional at all in service. Let the customer load things into the car. And carry things up to the room yourself. The employees are silent, just standing and watching. The parking lot is very narrow. There is no organization at all. As soon as I got into the room, the room was dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned. The room walls are very thin. Friends next door were talking and could hear each other clearly. The walls could almost pass through each other. Booked an ocean view room, but what we got was a view of electric poles and transformers. And there is another resort in between. Let me tell you that it's not next to the sea and the ocean view doesn't really exist. If you want to go to the sea, you have to walk a bit further. The employee said there was a marble table. Find a seat for yourself. Finally, when we walked to the sea, the sand was black, the sea was dirty, we couldn't play.Since we were going in a group of more than 20 people, we reserved a type of accommodation with a recreation room. The resort said that the number of people was too small. Didn't get a meeting room, but got a cafe room at the front, no air conditioning. The staff said in the evening In this area the wind is cool and comfortable. But the reality is hot and extinguished. Sit and eat. Wiped off the sweat. Not impressed at all I feel sorry for those who bring their families. Or taking children with you is very difficult, and the food ordered as a package is not complete, plus there is no advance notification that it is not available, not complete, or substitutes another menu. Let the customer eat it. The food taste was very ordinary. I found out again that the food menu was not complete when I got back to Bangkok because my friend took a photo. and it appeared that it was not complete as agreed. When we contacted the resort, there was no apology at all and they didn't tell us what had happened. The missing menu item is Tom Yum Kung. In the end, I had to ask for money back for that portion of the meal at 60.- per head. Very bad. I feel very bad. Breakfast was completely gone, not replenished even though it was still during breakfast time.

Completely confused, including the staff, the accommodations, and the communication.1 The lights are very dark. There are no lights that can illuminate the room. I can't put on makeup in the room. Even if you wipe your face clean, you still can't see it.2 The water heater doesn't work. That's okay. The weather isn't very cold.3 How high will the shower go? The child is not able to take a bath. Where do you float?4 days of staying at Jackpot, there was live music until 11:00 p.m., very loud, no communication. I called three or four times to ask and they answered. My head is very hot.There's only one good thing. The stray cat in the shelter is cute. End.Unlucky, one round is more than enough, regret the money, regret the vacation day. Totally sucks.

We went to stay during September. I would like to share our experience of staying. In case it is useful for those who will stay. and hotel managementWe paid 2.1k for accommodation and stayed in a sea view room.Breakfast included as a set Breakfast, if compared to the price, is not worth it at all.The employees are not very smiling. From the reception to the dining room We forgot something and went back in to get the employee to give us a key card. Let us go up and get our own things.We were confused, so we could go and get it ourselves. The bathroom downstairs is very dirty.

Old, flat pillows. If you want to add more, there will be an additional charge. Usually other places have a reserve. The extra mattress you get is a flat mattress about 2 inches thick, with a patterned blanket, pillows, towels, and breakfast. I feel very disappointed.

Rooms are dated, average. A/c works just fine! Breakfast is very simplistic, not recommended. The rooftop bar is quite nice. Nice view of the ocean and down beach road. Very nice. Well located. Location is just off the beach, very very short walk.

The WiFi is not able to connect at all, should improve the wifi signal coverage or else just do not advertise that the place has WiFi access.The hotel room is okay, but the sheets were dirty and had to call the housekeepers to change them.The location is near the beach, but cannot walk from the resort to the beach directly. They advertised that it has the ocean view, but they actually mean you can see partial beach view from your room facing the beach, but there are other buildings/tree partially block your view.There are other resorts with direct access to the beach nearby.

The room was very bad, every part was dirty, the bathroom equipment was broken, the shower was talking, Huai Sai, black and white, black, not clean at all. The seat in front of the bird's nest basket room was impossible to sit down because the seat was very black. The staff during breakfast serve the front staff, their appearance is not friendly, they are bent, they don't seem to help, but they don't support.The location is so-so and not outstanding.The resort isn't big at all, and it's also small. Rooms are arranged next to each other. Overall, it's not okay. I definitely don't recommend it. It's a waste of money. At this price, go rent a good hotel. It's much better value.The resort is next to the road, late at night there is the sound of cars running and it is not peaceful at all. Went to hold a wedding there.Food and water are not served, fans are not set up.I ruined everything. Didn't receive any service according to order.The room smelled of toilet pipes, the air conditioner was not cool, there was no hair dryer.The worst, I'll tell you.
