Stayed here for a weekend in August and the room we were given was VERY noisey from maintenance and neighbours - the tv in the room didn’t work at all and there was no water pressure in the shower and so hard to have a good shower/ get clean. ||Generally a VERY average hotel and overpriced for the standards given.

Very very average hotel and their only advantage is that it’s beachfront. Not only was there a mix up on their part during our check in at the reception which led to a long and slow process, but the rooms were also below average and didn’t even have basic necessities like hand towels or hand soaps. (??!) Our AC didn’t work and they were quick to send someone to try and fix it and the mechanic himself was super nice but it was still hot through both the nights we stayed so it didn’t really get fixed.Their breakfast was quite decent but the service was awful and they turned off the lights at the breakfast place while we were still sitting there finishing our breakfast which felt completely unnecessary. Their beachfront restaurant/bar had similar service, the staff were completely uninterested in being there and the cocktails were below par.All in all a very average hotel that would’ve been okay if the prices matched their quality but it was expensive and they only get away with it because of their location. It has potential so hopefully they make some changes soon enough

I've stayed here twice because I really like the beach here. The sand is fine, the rooms are spacious and new. Dinner at the hotel is really delicious, almost everything. If there is a swimming pool And the water toys to play would be very good.

When booking, choose a deluxe room, get a room on the 2nd floor.Big room, clean, still new.General food includes Thai food, steamed rice, fried rice, porridge.Bread, egg station, noodlesThe entrance to the school is quite difficult. Have to walk out and sit in 2 rows. There is no pick-up and drop-off in front of the school.General service employee It's not good or bad.The beach in front of the hotel is good, fine sand, not many people.There are aunties who provide massage services for 350 baht per hour. Very good massage, heavy hands, even massage.

I just came to eat, I didn't stay here. We ordered food and there was only one table but we waited for a very long time. Made the wrong menu. When I came to serve, I greeted the waiter and said I didn't order. But the employee who took the order said why didn't you protest when serving? I protested that I didn't order it. But it will take a long time to wait to go back and do it again. Everyone was very hungry so they accepted it. Fried sea bass with fish sauce is very oily. The price is quite expensive for some of the quantity you get. You won't come again. It's better to go somewhere else.

Bar on the bach very expensive!! And no choice available ! Asked for a singha beer and they don't have ! Impossible... And staff doesn't speak english on thé main beach of koh samedi!! Don't go there! I understand now why they dot have customers! Really bad👎👎👎

We rested on 5-6 May 2024.The resort's accommodations are next to the beach and have seats to relax and admire the sea. The atmosphere is very good. We booked a Deluxe grand Executive room and got room K38, looking down and seeing a very beautiful sea view. The room is beautiful, divided into sections and is as wide as 58 sq m. We went with 5 people, 2 adults, 3 children. The children liked it very much. It is considered impressive on our 3rd visit.At Koh Samet and this is the first time staying at this resort. The staff provided very good service. Will come back again because I have found a resort that I like🤍

The place is wide. Walking to 7-Eleven is very easy.But the room didn't have a balcony to dry wet clothes, so we had to dry them in a very musty room.

Wouldn't be bad! Room big enough. Only with the room cleaning are cleaned very late, the empty rooms are cleaned first? (Although our room wasn't ready when we checked in after 2 p.m.) Breakfast was very extensive and large selection.Restaurant very nice right by the sea.

I've travelled all around the world and this hotel is by far the worst when it comes to their reception service.First they lied to my wife when she called to ask about room price they said 1000 THB and when we arrived suddenly price jumps to 4000 bahtSecond I asked if I good book through Agoda because price was cheaper and then the reception girl who wears glasses and speaks English starts to doge and say that Agoda causes problems so better to book with traveloka which I did and be hold there was a problem with the booking. The hotel basically made me pay through Agoda and then refused the payment and now I have to wait 45 days for the money to be refunded to my account. Next time if the hotel wants to charge expensive prices and doesn't want customers to pay via Agoda then they should just say so instead of wiggling around. Would never come back here for sure.

We were dumped on the return trip. In spite of having made a reservation in advance We are customers staying at a hotel who reserved a boat and had a question with the admin. Before the final departure date, on the return trip the hotel asks for an additional 800 baht service fee. The hotel looked confused about the reservation. Even though there is a clear confirmation
