Dirty hotel, poor cleaningHot water doesn't work. The shower water flows very little.The service staff is very poor, waiting for a long time, not informing the customers anything. let it stand and waitThe bathroom only provides one soap.The water glass is not clean. TV remote doesn't work.

A modern hotel that has no character, a bit like a prison block with cells around a central staircase. Reception staff are off hand but I think that was the language barrier as the girls otherwise seem quite pleasant. …

Arrived to Island late on a Holiday Weekend with no reservations. Walked off the Ferry and got a clean modern room with air conditioning and ate at their restaurant, excellent Thai Seafood dishes. This is not a beach resort but a nice clean place near the pier.

After we checked in,the a/c wasnt working sufficiently in either of the 2 rooms we tried. We paid 1500 baht on arrival at 1pm. We checked out at 1.45pm as it was too hot, and got charged 500 baht by the rudest staff in the world!
