The air conditioned room is not cool. There are 4 people sleeping. I asked for an additional fan and got 1 and it couldn't move. Called to report the problem, was told it was probably caused by a refrigerant leak. And there is no additional fan provided.

Almost everything is good, reasonable price, has breakfast, quiet beach. But the shower in the bathroom is not powerful.

Stayed for 1 night and changed rooms 4 times but none of them were good. The first room had water dripping from the air conditioner. Changed to another dirty room. The floor was dusty. The butt spray has no head. Can't flush the toilet The room door doesn't open. So I changed to another room. While sleeping at night, a rat ran in and nibbled on the snacks in the suitcase. In the end, I had to change back to the second room, which was dirty and the bathroom couldn't be used. Not very impressed with the room condition and service.

The rooms are very bad, each room is not up to standard, the bed is smelly, there are stains all over the bed, the air conditioner is broken, the room is dirty, there is a lot of dust, the floor is sticky in the room, there are rats secretly chewing on things in bags at night!!!!

Very bad experience. I had to change rooms 3 times because the first room was very old and water kept dripping from the air conditioner. The second room was very dirty, the floor was sticky, beds were humid and had yellow stain and the toilet bidet was broken, we couldn’t even flush the toilet. The 3rd room was okay but we were woken up in the middle of the night because of a rustling sound in the room and turns out there’s a rat in the room!!! Very disappointed in the room condition. I get that it is a budget friendly accommodation but at least the rooms should be clean and livable.

The wooden bungalow locates between the Sai Kaew beach and a jungle. It provides good privacy and good view. The room is nice, with ac, hot water shower. Sitting at a big sofa in the balcony, u can enjoy the wind blowing. Btw, the location provided in booking is not correct. The real location is shown on google map.
