Extremely Disappointing Stay at Lucky Samet 😫👎**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)**My stay at Lucky Samet was riddled with a series of deeply disappointing experiences. The hotel permitted an early check-in, which initially seemed like a positive aspect. However, guests were not allowed to use the air conditioning until 2 p.m., which meant enduring a hot, uncomfortable room right from the start.The overall ambiance of the hotel was severely affected by ongoing construction. The area was littered with garbage, resembling more of a construction site than a hotel. The noise, especially from the relentless jackhammering starting at 7 a.m., was intolerable and greatly disrupted our stay.Additionally, the hotel surroundings were unsafe and chaotic, with mopeds frequently driving close to the bungalows, posing a risk and disturbance. The lack of on-site dining options, with no restaurant or bar available, further detracted from the overall experience.The customer service was just as disappointing. The hotel lobby was often unstaffed, leading to unnecessary delays in both receiving and returning room keys. Our experience hit a low point at checkout when we reported a broken shampoo dispenser, only to be wrongfully accused of the damage and having our deposit unfairly withheld.To add to our frustration, during checkout, we reported a broken shampoo dispenser in our room as a gesture of goodwill. Astonishingly, instead of appreciating our honesty, the hotel accused us of breaking it and unjustly withheld our deposit. This accusation was baseless and reflected poorly on the hotel’s customer service ethics.It is evident that Lucky Samet prioritizes profit over guest comfort and fairness. The combination of unreasonable policies, construction noise, and wrongful accusations has led me to strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was a truly horrible experience 👎In conclu , the combination of hazardous conditions, lack of amenities, poor customer service, and unethical practices at Lucky Samet makes it a place I strongly advise against staying. The management's disregard for guest comfort and fairness is evident, and I recommend potential visitors to seek accommodation elsewhere.

Price performance very poor. For this price you can get top rooms in the other resorts. Towels dirty, no breakfast even though ordered. Simply pointless
