I haven't been to Rayong for a while. So I stayed by accident. Saw a newly opened hotelThe staff were very attentive. Asked about places to visit in Rayong. Khun Boom recommended many great places to visit and restaurants. Plus a volunteer will carry the bag for you. Take care very well.What I like the most is probably the bar upstairs. The atmosphere is good, but it's a pity it was raining so I sat for a while.Bedroom, pillows are a little flat, but overall good.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, new, clean, with a view of Rayong city, complete with appliances. There is no vanity kit provided but can be requested. It is recommended that hotels put up notice boards in the rooms. Because customers who don't know will understand that it isn't available at all.Facilities in the hotel are very good. There is a gym open 24 hours, complete with exercise equipment. And the swimming pool on the rooftop is open from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. The pool is not large, well decorated.Breakfast is quite good, savory items are ok, not a lot of variety. Desserts such as pastry are delicious, but it is recommended to check regularly to see what is out of stock. When I went to use the service around 9:00 a.m., almost everything was sold out. Must notify staff to refillThe staff provide good service from check-in to the dining room, only during Breakfast service when it comes to refilling food.Location is very good, next to Central Rayong, can walk, there is a parking lot outside the building for hotel customers. But there is no sunshade.Overall, good according to the network's standards. But if compared to other newly opened hotels in Rayong that have lower prices. I think that this place should provide more outstanding services.

Wow, I have never been in such a new shiny hotel before! Best lifts I have seen too.Room was very nice. Bed was comfy. Shower was perfect. Price was good.The yummy dinner & drinks at the gorgeous rooftop bar topped it off.

The school is newly opened, so come see the location to organize a company outing.Almost gave 5 stars. Everything was very good, clean, good location. If the Sevice and service could be improved more precisely. I understand that the new opening has evolved.But the point where points are deducted and cause feelings to be lost is- Dil and below said that they would bring imported drinks to open the roof top at an opening fee of 800 and we would also order regular food + drinks. Suddenly, another employee came and asked for a lump sum price of 1000. We are not strict about the price but Speak with little respect and smile in the most insincere way I've ever encountered in my life! We were very unhappy with this employee's behavior so we canceled it.- Ice has very good service. But let him come down and scoop it himself, and lift it up himself.- Luggage porter or cart service provided. Didn't find mention of it that day.Overall, still give 4 stars and highly recommend the hotel. Overall everything is very good. Impressed in many things Stuck for a little bit, just that employee. The other people were lovely, smiling and doing their best. Hopefully next time I will have the opportunity to use the service again.

Hilton Garden Inn Rayong is probably the most modern hotel in Rayong city in 2024.Good location near Central but of course far away from the sea.Rooms are modern and well appointed with a good colorful design.Views are great from high floors.Roof top restaurant is excellent. Breakfast choice is good.Staff is very kind and helpful.

strength ..1. Very good location, next to the center.2. Front staff provide good service, smile, and have a service mind.3. New hotel, clean rooms, room design is unique and private on the door side of the room. There will be a small hall and private chairs in front of every room, making this side not adjacent to other rooms.4. The room is quite soundproof. There was no sound of the housekeeper or other guests chattering outside the room. Makes you feel like you are fully rested, peaceful, and not chaotic.5. The room size is not very wide. But arranged perfectly I don't feel uncomfortable. but feel warm In the room there is a small working or dining area, a small living room at the end of the bed with a soft sofa and 2 pillows, and although the room does not have a balcony, But the whole window glass Makes you feel airy and has a beautiful panorama view.6. The bed is very comfortable. The bed is not soft or hard, just the right size, 4 pillows, soft and firm, a thick, soft blanket, sleep comfortably.7. Cool air conditioning, large screen TV, easily connected to mobile phones, whether it be netfilx, youtube or even connecting to bluetooth to listen to music.8. The bathroom is clean, the water flows very strong, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel smells good.9. Equipment provided Quite complete as usual with a safe, dryer, and small steam iron. Brand new Hilton, with the best service I have ever experienced staying anywhere. I wanted somewhere comfortable for my father to stay for just a weekend and he liked it so much we extended another four days because it was so comfortable. The rooms were large with good lighting and great WiFi. The rooftop bar has great views at the 25th floor. The staff was warm and friendly, and anything we asked for was provided quickly. The hotel staff arranged a driver to view some nearby local tourist sites who was friendly and spoke excellent English. We look forward to staying here again, thank you so much!!

Newly open with stylish design. Hilton Garden Inn Rayong offer the panoramic view of the indrusties landscape and mountain. The rooftop bar and the restaurant offer a selective choices of food and drinks. Highly recommend this place for those who come for business or a precious time with the family. Just FYI for swimming on the top it s not for those who looking for the whole lap. This is the place where you can soak in the water and enjoy the view of the sunset :)

Glad that Rayong has a Hilton. The room is very beautiful, clean, good sea, good view, right next to Central Rayong.When I found out it was a Hilton brand. Come open in Rayong. There's a new hotel in Rayong. It's in a good location, walking distance to Central Rayong. The first person I met was K. Demi at the front desk. She was really nice and gave me a corner room. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable.||On the rooftop, K. Cat and K. Palm gave excellent service. I'll definitely be going back there again.

Booked to stay for the first day on 22 Aug but didn't expect to be the first guest! At the hotel, we were surprised with a bouquet of flowers and a food voucher.The hotel management and staff were very happy with the first guest. Very good and attentive service from check in until check out.Everything is very new, including the rooms, fitness room, pool, and the night lights are very beautiful. In the morning, view of Khao Yai Da fog. The green forest is pleasing to the eye.I really want everyone to come and try staying with the new hotel atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff are very impressive in taking care of you. It's worth the price.When checking out, there is also a surprise, giving pictures along with greetings from the staff.Thank you to all the employees for their warm welcome.
