There is no official check-in point. The owner leaves the key card with the guard. The security guard on the morning shift is scary with long nails like in a ghost movie. Walking in, you can feel the loneliness. The elevator is in an old condition. The room is big enough to use, the floor is rough, the sofa smells bad. In the back of the room is a frightening black falcon figure. There are foreigners (Similar to a person with a red forehead and wearing a long dress) living monthly in many rooms and many people 🥲

Who reserved through the website or app? Let me tell you first that this is not a hotel and has been changed to a condo for rent/sale. But in various apps this name is still used! In case anyone got lost when they arrived.It's like we don't know Inoi. When we arrived, we were definitely confused because when we got there we couldn't get in and had to have the owner of the room come pick us up, only to find out that it wasn't the kind of hotel that was advertised for bookings in other places. ！！I feel bad for not telling this in the reservation form. There is no contact number. I was upset and upset like I did at first. I just found out when I arrived that it wasn't the school, but the person who rented it out posted a room for rent.The school is quite old. Downstairs it was very quiet, secretly lonely and quiet. There is a common area to use. The room is clean, large, quiet, there is an elevator and the building is quite old. But the location next to the beach is considered okay.End of the actual review. Considered acceptable in terms of price and beachfront accommodation.It's just that Google hasn't updated that it's been changed to a condo, not a hotel. and did not receive convenience in checking in Because the reservation form does not have a contact number. Can't go inside The review is a bit long, but I want people who want to make a reservation to know the current information so they can go and not be confused like we were.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped for 2 people. The area is quiet with plenty of street food at the side of the road, nearest 7/11 is about 15 walk away and the views from our balcony on the 11th floor are part obstructed. PMY beach resort is mostly quiet with very few people around as this is an old hotel with some features now not available such as swim up pool bar and restaurant. The pool is still available for use and cleaned daily by 8am.The part completed complex next door now has recommenced building works although on a small scale. However there are sounds of construction work throughout the day 8am - 5pm. Hammering, drilling and metal cutting etc, etc.

The hotel business should be closed and when I called, no one answered the phone. When I went to look at the place, I saw that it was open for rent for other businesses.

We rented our room via a well known BnB chain however this review is not associated with that chain.The PMY building stands like a Goliath amongst the many Davids of the area and is suffering the same fate.The building is impressive. Built in the 1990s the PMY was THE place to go. It had newness, good position, good beaches, good rooms and a slew of services.There were coffee shops, restaurant, conference hall, hair salon, sauna, gym large reception area, business centre, games room, beautiful swimming pool, a penthouse disco and more.Now the building is quite. Remaining is a pool, sauna and a gym in desperate need of maintenance. There is a pool room but it is locked.We had a large 150 square metre apartment on the 7th floor overlooking the pool and a massive 25 by 3 metre balcony that wrapped itself around the apartment.There are some great restaurants around but not always the ones that looked like they came from a brochure.We loved our stay at PMY but we had a large apartment with a magnificent view. Most rooms do not sadly have what we had.The PMY itself was a sad reminder of what it once was and what a lack of maintenance can do to a majestic building.Having said all that we had a great time there. It didn’t matter to us that much had closed down but it may to others.This is a review of the PMY NOT our holiday.Had I been rating our holiday I would have given some 4 and 5 stars
