It's the same place as 36, another place nearby. But the room was full and he told me to come here. And the service is not very good. Employees don't take care of customers at all.The room was not clean, like no one had been there for a long time, the water was not flowing, so we asked to change rooms.After changing to another room, the mattress and pillows were full of dust as usual. We thought they were all the same. I'm afraid he'll think it's a big deal. So I have to stay like that. It was late and I would only sleep for one day, leaving early.The parking lot is narrow, they said you have to park along the lines only. Behind is a driveway that makes backing up difficult. If you don't have a car, you should park parallel to the room. Use some discretion.Not impressed with female employees You're speechless. Unsatisfied with the service, I give 2 stars. I would like the management to improve the staff as well.

-Dormitories that never inform in advance what they will do.There was never advance notice about parking. I don't do anything on weekdays when there's no one around. I do holidays on Saturdays and Sundays.Then I had the housekeeper come and shout for me to move the car. If you're not in the room or don't move, you'll just bow to the car and not care at all.- Newly moved in, the room was not very clean. There is water flowing out of the air conditioner. You can't set a date to clean the air conditioner. Said I would do it today. Actually did it on the day I told you.-The bathroom is very smelly.- The room is very narrow if compared to the price of 3,600.- There is not enough car parking.-If there is wifi, it's rarely usable. When you can use it, it's rubbish.

Stay for 6 months, suitable for people on a budget. People who want comfort Ready to pay for convenience of service, not recommended.- The first night of staying There is water coming out of the air conditioner flowing like a waterfall. The next day's notification came. But the air conditioner is like this the second time. It took 3 days to arrive. and time to come and repair things in the room I never received a call saying that I came to repair the air conditioner or shower. One time a technician came in. Left a banana peel in the room. It smelled bad because I didn't know there was a technician coming to repair it so I didn't return. Due to being stuck at work- The upstairs smells very bad of bird droppings. Can't dry towels at night, smell lingers on clothes- On holiday mornings, the housekeeper often shouts to find the owner of the car.- The washing machine looks like it's never been cleaned. Every time it's washed, there are a lot of black lumps stuck to the clothes. When I use a big washing machine, I like it, I lose it, and sometimes I get my money back and I don't get it back.- The housekeeper likes to come and ask to borrow money every month. Likes to gossip about customers in this room, listening to what's going on. Until I felt like I didn't want to renew the contract.- There is a cleaning fee charged after moving out. Even though when entering the room it was not clean enough to stay in.

Need to improve a lot. The bathroom was left open and the whole room smelled terrible. The water was hardly flowing anymore. There was no one at the counter. Drinking water was forgotten. Very bad

The dormitory service is very good. Any electrical equipment that is broken in the room will be repaired for free and the air conditioner will be cleaned for free. After moving out, there is no random deposit deducted. I recommend it.

The dormitory is good, everything is good. The only disadvantage is that it is next to the road and village speakers. On holidays, I like to have the village headman's voice (maybe) speak very early in the morning and turn on the music very loudly. I can't sleep. On holidays I can't wake up late. It's really the only disadvantage here. I want the owner to do something. Because life is very difficult It's impossible to get complete rest.

The overall picture of the room is good.Disadvantages: Wifi is very poor.The TV signal is really bad. I can watch the TV jerkily. I don't usually turn on the TV to watch. But today there is Thai volleyball. Oh, I'm so annoyed. I feel very upset.Should improve the signal for both Wifi and TV as well. Some people who come to stay come to work. Must use internet to work The room fee is already broken. The service should be better than this.
