**Very disappointing.**1) The room facing the street was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Despite my request via email for a quieter room, I was still given the room closest to the street.2) The soundproofing between rooms was poor. On the first night, a group of people speaking Russian had a party until 3 a.m., accompanied by children's screams, which was extremely frustrating.3) The kitchen was open-plan with no air conditioning, attracting many insects.4) It was not possible to preview the room. Before making the reservation, I visited the location hoping to see the room but was refused and was told it was far from the street.**The only advantage:** The staff was warm and attentive.Very bad.1) The street facing the street is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. The premise is that if I send an email to request a quieter room, I will still be assigned the room closest to the outside.2) There is no soundproofing and the surrounding rooms, especially on the first day, there were a lot of Russian-speaking people, and the party lasted until 3 o'clock with the screaming of children, which was very frustrating.3) The kitchen is open and has no air conditioning, which will attract a lot of bugs.4) Advance visits are not allowed. Before booking, I went to the store to see the room, but was refused. And told me it was a place far away from the street.The only advantage: the service staff is warm and considerate.

The bathroom is transparent, the pool is dirty, there are a lot of insects, the service is nice, the rooms are nice except the bathroom, there is an empty coffee machine that is useless.

The place is excellent for large families as each villa can accommodate up to 8 people with full privacy.The staff are friendly and helpful.
