Large houses with luxurious ambition. Unfortunately, the area is outdated and many of the houses need renovation. Each house is nevertheless unique and its condition depends on the owners' maintenance over the years. Some houses are downright dilapidated with collapsed wooden stairs and wild dogs sleeping on the balcony. Others are really well maintained. The houses have windows with wooden frames that are foldable so that you can open them completely by folding them. These are very complicated and leaky, you can easily get entire fingers into the cracks. Difficult to keep cool with ac if you have intended to do it, juicy electricity bills. Several balconies have wood that has started to rot in the wood.Still well located by the beach and the road up towards kram or kleang. Many rooms and own pool if that is important. Nice service by sun4u if something goes wrong.

There are a lot of mosquitoes. If you go, you must bring mosquito repellent. I emphasize this. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Close to the sea but need to drive less than 5 minutes. Suitable for large families to relax, buy food to cook for themselves. There is a swimming pool both in the common area and in the house.

A very quick visit to Cape Mae Phim. I went there at the Covid time so not a lot of things are open. Just stay at the beautiful villa with swimming pool is very good. Would like to recommend if they can fix the hot water for the shower. I know with this heat in Thailand you don’t need it but it’s good to have it and working.
