Excellent. There is a small pool on the rooftop. The view is very beautiful. The room view is beautiful, overlooking the long stretch of sea. Cross the road and you can reach the beach and walk straight into the sea. There aren't many people. So are restaurants.

The room is ok, cool air conditioner, soft bed, strong water flow, WiFi OK. Disadvantages: The curtains are not the right size for the window. At night there is light coming through and it is very bright.

Everyone please read!!! This condo is a private condo for each room. The owner has opened it for private rent. There is no central office and no juristic person is involved in the rental. Mobile phone numbers are not central numbers. If you book with anyone Please contact directly with the person accepting the reservation (if booking on Agoda or booking, there will be the room owner's number on the reservation form). Reviews cannot therefore be taken as a standard. Because the service in each room is different, some rooms are good, some are not good, and if you plan to stay after 5:00 p.m., please call the room owner in advance. Because a condo is not a hotel with a 24-hour service desk.

Unfortunately the photos say more than the apartment promises. The shower curtain fades and takes time to come down when showering. The bathroom is partly under water. Cleanliness is good.

I live there and it's a nice vacation home right on the ocean, just Beach Road between ocean and home.

Very close to the sea, just cross the road. The decoration is beautiful, you can see the sea view, the housekeeper is cute. But the room is small. and no kitchen utensils

Great condominium. Across the road is the sea. The prices for a studio apartment are good (15t baht per month per season) - kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, living room with sofa, table, chairs + separate bedroom with wardrobe and balcony.There is a pool on the roof, but it is usually very windy and there is no shade from the sun. The building has a cafe and shops with everything you need. It’s very tasty and pleasant in the “fresh start” cafe run by Thai woman Da’ and her American husband Neil.

Convenient condo. Everything you need is within walking distance. There is a rooftop pool. You can rent a moped daily, including one with a stroller for passengers. Car rental is available for a period of a week.
