In the end, is it the customer's fault? When calling to ask for a reservation, they were told that rooms were available. "Finally, I'd like to give you a refund." I had traveled a long way and it was cold before I arrived. I booked this place because it was close to the place where I was going to do business. In the end, it was dumped until I could find a new place to stay.Who will call to check again to see if there really is a room available? I don't want anyone to experience this. I feel very bad. And do not recommend other people to stay because I don't want them to encounter the same situation.P.S. The owner takes responsibility by helping to find a new place to stay, but it's 20-30 km away. This really can't be done.If your owner has come to read Please make it more systematic than this. Make a schedule for each day that someone calls to make a reservation, using a calendar. If the room is full, it will be written as full. Made it look easy. I saw the staff still confused as to which trip it was and what the name of the person who booked it was.
