The rooms here are very good. It's a 4-story apartment building. Daily room rates are 700 baht per night, but the standard is comparable to (some) 3-star hotels (even better than some hotels), although it doesn't look luxurious. But there are complete facilities. The entrance-exit door has a key card system, there is a parking lot, there is just no elevator.We stayed in early May. Search for accommodations from Google maps and call to inquire. The owners of the accommodations are friendly and talkative. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome.Inside the room there is an air conditioner (icy cold), a refrigerator, a TV, water glasses, coffee mugs, toilet paper, towels, 2 bottles of drinking water and 2 sets of instant coffee powder, as well as adequate electrical outlets. There is a work desk corner with an electrical outlet nearby. There is a balcony with a small clothes rack attached to the wall. The wind blows through and the sun shines. Inside the bathroom there is a hot and cold water system that can be adjusted from the faucet. There is complete equipment.The atmosphere in the room is very quiet. And there is no noise from outside. Such as the sound of cars or motorcycles driving by. Quiet and feel safe both day and night.In conclusion, this place is very good, both the rooms and the location.

The overall picture of the room is ok, but the price doesn't seem appropriate to the quality of the room if comparing the same price to other hotels near Pacific Sriracha. Parking is quite limited. Can park 6-7 cars. More than that, you have to find a place to park along the footpath. If the room is on a high floor, you must walk up the stairs. The hotel does not have an elevator. The owner's service is considered kind. The overall picture is ok.

This is an excellent budget hotel. The owner doesn't speak any English, but she's very friendly. It's located right in between the bus stop and the ferry to Ko Si Chang, so it's in a great area. There's no elevator, but I like climbing stairs. They have a few fish tanks in the lobby. Most rooms have awesome balconies that overlook the street.
