The rooms are beautiful, clean, nice to relax in, good parking, almost full. Currently, there is no fitness center, internet is not free, there is a chargeable model, there is no restaurant, no coffee shop, no royal shrine. There is no hair salon. As advertised there is a laundry shop. For monthly renters, ironing is 10 baht per piece. Daily washing and ironing are accepted. The accommodation has coin-operated machines that can wash 40, dry 40, and there are laundry machines on every floor. The incubator has shelves on each shelf, which is convenient. Water cost 30 baht, minimum 4 units.Staying for 1 year and 3 months, the dormitory notifies 5 days in advance via Line, asks for an additional rent of 300 baht, an additional deposit of 800 baht, parking fee of 500 baht per month and must renew the contract for 13 months. If not, the contract will be taken. night room There are 5 days for the renter. That's too bad. Why don't you tell each other after you've been there for 1 year or tell each other for 30 days? 10 more days is still better. When I had time to find a place to stay, during this period new students were starting school and they were looking for a place to stay a lot. I asked about 20 places and they were all full. I had to move away and take time to think about other things.

Choose to live in this dormitory because it's close to the main road. The room price is ok, but including water and electricity is considered expensive if compared to the condition of the room and bed. Because it's quite old When I first arrived, I had very good manners. But now the law has changed, it's very bad, I like to ask about anything, especially Wifi that has to be bought for 350 baht per month, but the signal has problems very often. And can use only one device. Even though I paid 350 baht, I recently renewed my contract, forcing me to stay for 13 months, plus the price of cleaning the room has increased from 500 to 1000 // Anyone thinking of staying in this dormitory I suggest you choose somewhere else. It's not worth it.
