The view was incredible.I was looking for a place to stay 2 nights but the hostels were around 500 Bht.I had 1 room (with no AC) for 350 Bht and it has enough. As it s close to the beach, you hear the music from the 2 bars so i would recommend to bring your earplugs. It s 15-20 min from the pier and it s a bit steep but you know that before and you can ask the hotel a carrier before coming to the jsland. In general, i enjoyed my stay there !

Good quality-price ratio. The effort to offer good service is evident.

Owner was very response prior to booking and ensured our room had AC as some did not. She offered for staff to meet us at the ferry pier to help carry our bags which was great as the hotel is a 20 min uphill walk from the McDonalds. However, we ended up having to wait 45 minutes for staff to arrive and later learnt that the staff only come to the ferry pier at set intervals. The place is a bit of a walk from the centre with a steep incline at the end which was fine for us but maybe not for others. When we got to the hotel our room was not the same pictures as the Airbnb listing we booked. I think we booked a generic listing and were given different a room with AC once requested. The room itself was dimly lit & very basic (no hairdryer, fridge, safe), fairly dusty and the door did not lock from the inside. The bathroom was damp, had a bad smell to it and the water pressure was poor (water only came out of three holes of the shower head). The first night from about 6pm onwards there was no water in our group of rooms and we spoke to reception a few times and they said it was common for properties high up on the island. We asked if we could shower in a different room but were only offered the communal showers. We messaged the host on Airbnb and got no reply. This was not fixed until the following mid-morning. Additionally, on the second day we had multiple power cuts meaning no AC. The AC kept cutting out and coming back on during the night which kept us from having a good sleep. The worst thing was when my pregnant partner who currently suffers with morning sickness accidentally stained a section of the bedding. We stripped the bed and put the dirty sheets along with our used towels on the floor, expecting them to be replaced with new ones. However, we came back and found that the dirty bedding had been put back onto the bed with the obvious stain face down.Other comments mentioned how it is noisy from the beach bars below. We only heard it faintly from our room but can imagine it is worse for rooms closer to the coast. The pool is quite nice and does have good views of the beach. But we got no pool towels. The staff were all fairly friendly and we did get breakfast included which was the option of hot breakfast, toast or yoghurt. We considered leaving on the first night and probably should have done so.

It was quite abit far from the main area but location is peaceful and the view from the room is amazing!! I went during july- whixh meant off season and their restaurant and bar was under construction but i still went to the pool to enjoy the beach view around sunset time. I recommend this place.

The two stars are simply because of the spectacular view that some rooms have and the beautiful view from the pool. But the hotel is not worth anything with its price/quality ratio. They do not have any food service (only breakfast and it is not good) considering that it is too far from everything. It takes 15/20 minutes but halfway through it is uphill and clearly very hot so the journey becomes a bit tiring. The rooms were dirty, there is a television that does not work, the air was bad throughout our stay, the bathroom did not even have soap to wash your hands and the shower threw very little water. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Photos far from reality.

Our room was wonderful. Immaculate and with a wonderful view. There was no problem other than walking up a steep hill. The room was clean. The sounds of the beach party come into the room. It wasn't a problem since we could sleep in the sound :)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!We arrived and checked in. The first issue was that our main door doesn’t lock. In addition to this, our safe didn’t work. We had to go back down and they gave us a pad lock. With regards to the safe, it had no battery and they didn’t have any spares so we couldn’t use it.We left our things inside and went to explore. When we came back, we realised that the shower has no pressure and the shower head is mostly blocked so you can’t really shower under the head. Also, none of the plug sockets had any power. This meant we couldn’t charge anything and the TV didn’t work. The air B&B listing doesn’t state the correct location. Nor does it tell you (or the host) at how steep it is to get to the actual place and then it’s even further (up a hill) to our room. We are fit & healthy, in our 20’s and the walk is crazy, actually crazy. It is so steep. We had to leave the accommodation as the reception staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Even our linen and towels were stained and we asked for new ones but they never arrived. We are unable to stay there without a working shower, electricity or a safe for our belongings. In addition to the above, there was no toilet roll holder, tiles were missing, the mirror is damaged and the floor boards don’t match up so you catch your feet in between them. The room didn’t even have curtains!! Just material that hangs down and still lets others see inside.I have raised this with air B&B because it is no safe, nor advisable to stay at this location.Neither the staff, nor the host offered any other accommodation or a refund. We didn’t have the name or exact location at the time of booking, but, if we did we would have read the horrendous 1 star reviews on google and wouldn’t have made the booking.I only wish I had of taken pictures but when you’re hot and annoyed like we were, we just wanted to get the hell out of there!

The view is perfect but everything else is horrible, infected wild beast on the area and on your porch. No water for 2out of 3days and an non functional toilet for 3days... Also when U ask if they can do anything they just turn away.Food was also not to good. Also luggage service was once every 2hours or so.. sooo if we wanted to be on time we had to carry all our stuff over a really steep hill.

The words that sum up my opinion on this accommodation are: avoid, pitiful and unsanitary.Indeed, a very steep hill to access accommodation, and professionals who force us to walk quickly despite my pregnancy. Likewise, there was a lot of noise coming from the nightclubs and no insulation in the accommodation. However, this is not the most disturbing! In our accommodation we had a floor that was about to give way, huge cockroaches, droppings on the sheets, ash in the bed, and lizards coming out of the toilet bowl. We went to report this, first to the host, who never responded to us, then we contacted the professionals, who then responded to join the staff. When we explained the situation to the person taking care of us, she laughed and told us that it was not dangerous, and that we had to go to sleep despite being told that I was pregnant and that I shouldn't get bitten. She left after filling the room with anti-instinct spray. I collapsed, terrified by the situation and having no means of escape, since the night was already well underway. She ended up offering us another room (which was impossible for 10 minutes…). This room was just as unsanitary as the other. The smell was unbearable and the toilets were unusable. In addition, I also saw him take a dead cockroach from the windowsill discreetly. Finally, I will spare you the rest of the hygienic conditions, the cleaning there was deplorable.
