Very bad. The heel's service has expired. Why aren't they removed from the map? I canceled and asked for a refund but I didn't get back just a few hundred. But the owner should be responsible and not let this happen. They should improve. If the company really canceled it, why is your accommodation still listed on various apps? Anyone who wants to take a break should think carefully. I don't know if the cause is the app. Or the owner of the accommodation?

The hotel's contract with OYO expires on 1 November 2022, but OYO does not remove it from the system. We do not accept customers through online booking channels. We only accept walk-ins or call to reserve with the hotel. 500 baht per night.

Booked through the Agoda app and the accommodation said they canceled the contract a long time ago and had to come and get the money back themselves. Very crazy.

Booked through OYO. Upon arrival at the hotel, the contract was canceled. Contact OYO. Sent a request for a refund. The employee took the matter quietly. The end result was that they couldn't contact him and blocked the number. Didn't get a refund No one came out to take responsibility. A few hundred baht. I want to know if the resort owner should take responsibility even though it's not the customer's fault. You terminate the contract. The system should be shut down. It's not for customers to come and make reservations. When they arrive, something like this happens. Can't get the money back.

Very bad, the customer forgot the item and instead of keeping it until the next day, called back and said they had thrown it away and there was no indication that he would take responsibility at all.

I was told to make a reservation with Agoda, but they said the contract with Agoda had ended. The size of the room is not inconvenient. However, there is a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. You can smell that smell even when you're in bed. There is air conditioning, but no refrigerator. There are no toothbrushes, soap, or toothpaste provided. There is no common 7-Eleven nearby. I paid 500 baht per day. The price is very expensive compared to the hotel standard.
