The rooms stink, there are pigeons everywhere and there is a rusty metal locker in each room that should have been thrown away years ago and is completely unusable. There was also an aggressive Frenchman living there who belongs in a psychiatric ward! Attacked me in the lobby without the receptionists doing anything. No wonder it seems to be closed now!

I dont expect alot if i pay only that much... But this Place was not clean at all! The room given too me had Cigarettbuts and a used condom in the bathroom as well as a peed over toilet...the next room was "better" only a full trashbin and all the dirt under the bed...But as other people say, the guy at the reception tried to help and spoke nit to bad english.

It's an old style hotel, but inside it's very clean...the beds are of good quality, there's a cabinet, the bathroom is clean, the water flows strong, there might be a bit of a musty smell, but overall it's clean and comfortable..for those who book through Agoda..must print. Proof of booking is attached. Because the hotel doesn't have much social media. The owner is quite old..for convenience..this place is suitable for those who do not have carriers because it is in the heart of the market. But if you have a car, there is also a parking space for you..Overall, I like it. Cheap and economical, really comfortable.

Huge disappointment! Very unpleasant welcome at reception by a lady not knowing that an online reservation is sufficient in itself. She insists on obtaining a paper version of the confirmation document, even though all the shops on the street are closed. Supposedly does not have an email address to receive said attachment without which she claims she cannot be paid by Agoda (or the online booking platform). Additional cost of 10 baths requested by Mrs. Thénardier, stubborn and really not in the digital age, claiming that the absence of a computer of its own at the hotel prevents her from checking in. Higher price on site than online.A couple asked to see the rooms before booking. After refusing them, they wondered if it was as bad as that, to look elsewhere. Good luck to them. Wifi not available. Rustic room suitable for lovers of communist minimalism. Sound opening onto the street, allows you to appreciate the traffic all night long. Cold water, as welcome. It remains to be hoped that Cosette is paid to make the beds.

The hotel is quite good and affordable if you don't expect great luxuries. The room was large with excellent cable TV, ceiling fan and even a small balcony. There is no Internet but if you do not expect great luxuries it is the best option for quality-price in Ranong.
