Lovely hotel, warm atmosphere, clean, beautiful rooms, a certain level of space. The room is not very cramped, the bathroom is good, the water is strong, the water heater is warm. There are activities for small children. Many to choose from: water park, swimming pool, cycling, go-karts, ATV.The food from the shabu set accommodation is delicious. But the dipping sauce is a bit spicy. The pizza tasted delicious.The staff, both in the restaurant and in the guest rooms, are well taken care of, speak well, and are helpful and explain well when you have questions.

Good, suitable for taking the family to relax. Especially for families with children, I recommend it. There are many activities. The water park is very good, clean, wide, but I would like to deduct 1 star from the room because the shower is almost impossible. All the water leaked out. I didn't dare to wash my hair, so I was afraid I wouldn't get all the foam out because the water flow was so slow.

-The bathroom in the room is smelly.-Amenity kit expired in both rooms reserved.- Front desk staff are smiling and welcoming.-The staff in the activity section are nice and seem friendly.-Restaurant employees frown and stand in groups talking. The assistant manager's problem solving is poor.-Some delicious food As for the unpalatable part, the restaurant reasoned that it was a standard flavor. I guess we can't reach it, we're too deep.-Water park zone, great fun

The facilities were great, appropriate for families and children. Pool, go-cart, kids playground was great. Lots of areas for kids to run around. Breakfast was ok. Dinner promotion package was nice. The staff introduced the premises well during check-in.

Can be played in every activity Upgrade the room to deluxeThe hotel has a calm, shady atmosphere, suitable for families with young children - starting with teenagers.Deluxe room divided into zones: 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room + kitchen. Not big or small, no balcony, no drying rack. (There should be an additional clothes rack. hanging rail in a small bathroom)Activities: swimming, cycling, feeding animals for free, driving ATV requires additional payment.Swimming park zone for children to have fun, but no bathroom There are no changing rooms. The bathroom has to walk far outside. There are sections of the bridge that are slippery. The stairs to the pool are the same color as the pool floor. Many children were hit and hurt. The green slide is not suitable for adults to come down and hit on the bottom. Children can play on it. OK while in the pool. Or walking to the pool zone all 2 days and smelling cigarettes all the time.Delicious meals, both dinner and breakfast. The staff in the restaurant are committed to good service.There are coupons to exchange for drinks, snacks, inexpensive drinks and snacks.There are some areas being renovated.Overall ok, will go back to stay again. Beautiful accommodations, most of the staff provide good service. There are many activities to do, delicious food, but the room has a very strong bathroom smell. Can't leave the door open. The smell from the pipe enters the bedroom.

Went to stay on 21/5/67, Room 203, 2nd floor, Building M, 3 adults, 1 small child (extra bed)Please deduct the stars from the review first. Because it's not much, I can accept it.1. The room has no place to hang or dry wet clothes. There should be a spot. Because it is a place that has a water park. Must have wet clothes after playing in the water. When returning to the room, there was no place to hang it, I didn't know where to hang it. I want to have more for customers.2. Pedal go-kart player Let's play only one round which is not a long distance. If you want to play again, you have to pay more. Add 1 more round. Children will have enough fun. Accommodation is 3 people. Only 2 cars per room can play. which calculates the additional payment The price is the same as the main guest. But can't play with it.But it's enough to let it pass.Give a star review.Clean rooms, lots of facilities, good value for money, all in one place. The day we went was an overcast day with some rain falling at times and the atmosphere was shady. The trees and grass are green, refreshing, not too hot (but the air is a little bit warm). There are staff taking care of many spots. It's safe. If the review would be long, let's just say it's good. I recommend coming here.

First time to this hotel and will be our last time. The hotel is big with many activities. The room layout is the worst u cannot fully open the cupboard because of the curtains rail and in the morning the sun is so bright that the installation of the curtain does not help.There is a nice water park for kids but no toilet at all or no towel service, we have to talk about 300 - 400 meters to go to the toilet or bathroom service and back about 300 to 400 meters. The owner is so lazy to get the ready made toilet or what so ever. All the customers and staff complained but nothing has been done for a long time.Breakfast is the worst I ever see I am not a coffee person and they do not even have a basic service like tea or hot water. I asked them for tea and they said have juice instead.Last but not least the shower is so bad with low pressure so it takes me an hour to shower and the water smells so bad that we have to use a water bottle to brush our teeth.There is nothing around the hotel at all. I think some of the reviews might me make up so if u do not believe me try to come and experience it.

It is a resort with very good activities for children and families. The room was clean and comfortable. Various activities There is a water park for children and families to play in. There are spinning Go-karts for both children and adults to play with. There are many restaurants in the resort to choose from. That is, you don't have to go anywhere, everything is in one place.

Overall, it's good. Except for the room in Building M, room 201 (friend room 207), the bathroom has a very bad smell. So much so that the door cannot be opened because it will cause the smell to enter the room. The water from the shower had a very strong smell. The smell stuck with me. I informed the staff. The staff fixed it but the smell didn't go away. So I want the hotel to help check before sending the room to the customer.Please ask the hotel to improve this matter.
