We had an excellent stay at the Lucky resortWe stayed there for a week and if we could have stayed there even longer.The whole team is very pleasant, kind and smiling! We really enjoyed themThe food is very, very good! They even invited us behind the stove for a little private session to make a green curry! topThe rooms are very well maintained, we slept in very charming little wooden bungalows! It’s not facing the beach but everything can be done very quickly here by scooter!Thanks again for everything!

Just went here for the food. I am not a fan of the breaded, deep tried Zebb stuff, but my stoned friends loved it. But thats not necessary, the rest of the food is delicious as well. All authentic, freshly made and well prepared. Top 3 restaurant on the island.Only downside: the place is swarmed with mosquitos, so come prepared.

We can only rate the restaurant, not the accommodation!We enjoyed eating here last year and discovered the baguette here this year!The best baguettes on the island are available here. So delicious, fresh and prepared with love!The employees are super nice and very friendly.We'll continue to come for breakfast ☺️

Zeb chicken is possibly the best fried chicken I've ever had and the flavors and complexity of the Burmese salad is simply amazing.

I have eaten here several times because friends of mine have stayed there. The facility is run by a very nice family who are incredibly nice, always have a smile and are just friendly. You feel welcome here. The food is good. I can only recommend everyone to come by here

Phayam styleClose to the beach, Lucky Resort & Restaurant is a simple, affordable accommodation with many positive surprises.Location:The Lucky Resort and Restaurant is a 2-minute walk from Aow Yai Beach. Just follow the path through the Friends facility and you're there. The bungalows are quietly located behind the restaurant and you can relax in the hammock on the terrace. It is a 5 minute walk to the “Main Road”.Furnishing:The free-standing bungalows are spacious, the separate bathroom is open to the top. In addition to mosquito net, there is also a large mirror and a refrigerator. There is constant electricity. The equipment is really great for the price. To avoid plastic waste, you get a large drinking water canister (certainly 20 liters) for free.The only suggestion for improvement: a little more storage space for the backpack.Restaurant:An absolute insider tip. Cheap Thai food, lovingly and tastefully prepared by the boss herself.Arm (boss) and Foam (boss) are really kind-hearted people! They give tips and help wherever they can. Foam is not only an excellent hostess, but also an excellent cook.Conclusion: If you don't necessarily need beach front and want to save money, Lucky is the right place for you. We will be back.

It’s an absolut amazing place, even if u don’t stay there at least have dinner. The food was fantastic. Arm (owner) went to the market and prepared seafood bbq just for us. He also recommended us a lot of nice spots and he has slot of helpful contacts around.Btw. I guess his huts are the biggest on Longbeach. ;) An absolute recommendation, don’t miss it and try Phanyam curry!!!
