One of the best places to relaxIf you want to be away from the hectic .... this is the placeWell-maintained bungalows start from 500 to 1500 baht. The most beautiful place on our trip to Thailand! The owners Fon and Noi as well as the entire team are just super sweet. The bungalows are also very comfortably furnished. The family charm of the entire island can be experienced here. Maybe you pay a bit more here than elsewhere, but whatever. So deserved!

The SAWASDEE is probably the cleanest on this beach. Restaurant, beach area and bungalows are well maintained. Remarkable shoko, coffee & shakes, combined with nuts. I REALLY enjoy being here at “Event Kitchen” (not available every day).Additional: Lots of choice in the neighborhood, within walking distance.The 🌊 sea here has little to no rocks, the waves come head-on, but are rarely enough for body-boarding.

Very remote and quiet. No electricity except generator from dark until 10 pm. No roads or cars. Mostly german tourists on ko Chang. Very Delicious food.

We stayed at Sawasdee for three days at the beginning of February. The bungalows are definitely among the most beautiful on the island. The facility is well maintained. The host cooks excellently. The owners are attentive and friendly. There are also loungers right on the beach.

We are having a wonderful stay here at Sawasdee. We have seen most of the other resorts on the island and this one is the best maintained with great attention to detail. My husband is not very mobile and Nui and Fon go out of their way to help him and make sure everything goes well for us. The restaurant serves the most wonderful fresh authentically Thai food. I am surprised that the previous reviewer says this is not a swimming beach. I swim here every day. You need to wade out to reach deep water but it is sandy with no rocks. I am also very surprised that the previous reviewer found the owners to be greedy. Our experience is that they fall over backwards to be kind, warm and generous.

The bungalows are beautiful and the newer ones are really high quality. The facility is clean and well maintained.However, the house people seem to be very greedy. The prices are higher everywhere than in the surrounding area, but in my opinion the prices are not justified. For example, a shake here costs 90 baht while you can usually get it for around 70 baht. I had both good and not so good quality food.The landlord was also kind enough to help me shop online. When the goods weren't shipped on time and I had to cancel the purchase, he withheld almost 500 baht as compensation for expenses. This leaves a negative aftertaste for the resort (and especially for the owners)You should also be aware that there is no real beach here. The charming side of the island is the bay next door.

Sawadsee is the most tranquil, peaceful, delightful place to stay looking at the beautiful bay in the most stunning tropical garden. The Bungalows are simple. There are mosquito nets for each bed. There is power for a couple of hours in the evening to charge your devices. The Bungalows are roomy with storage shelves. Simple but comfy. The verandah has a day bed and hammock. Just lovely.The best part are the meals. Absolutely delicious 😋. Everything we ate was fabulous. The smoothies are a must as well. Fon and Nui have created a tranquil paradise for those who enjoy simplicity, no hype but just want to chill & make the most of this tranquil place 😊

The Sawasdee is a very nice, calm place with more ode less simple Bungalows directly at the beach. Healthy, good food. Well kept garden, big trees and nice furniture to rest at the water.The Hosts were very helpful planning transportation by speedboat to Koh Phayam and Taxi to Phuket.Only cold water and only 3 hours electricity in den evening.
