Good small hotel. Overall good, worth the price of 550. Unfortunately, I still have to collect the 500 baht deposit, but overall it's ok. It's a cute little room. Cleanliness is very good 💗

Accommodation is inexpensive, the room is clean, but the bathroom is quite cramped. The room light is not bright. Using a mobile phone is very painful for the eyes. Need to add more light bulbs and brightness.

Scam!!Don't go there, we booked the same day and paid online. We arrive there and the staff (who don't speak any English) take out a sign for us saying that since DECEMBER 2, 2022, online reservations such as booking, agoda, etc. are no longer accepted because the hotel is no longer no longer under contract. how is it possible that almost a year later the hotel is still on booking when it is not available????The staff told us to contact booking except that customer service is in Thai and would not help us otherwise. They almost seemed angry that we were there.Fortunately we didn't arrive at 11 p.m. otherwise we would have slept in the street.

The service is the worst. Taking advantage and not taking responsibility for customers We booked through the OYO website which has a contract with the hotel. Paid the reservation and confirmed the reservation. and received the reservation number. When I arrived I was informed that the hotel no longer accepts online bookings. I canceled my contract with OYO and asked for a refund myself. The result turned out to be unable to contact at all. The hotel manager and owner could not be contacted. Not responsible for refunding any money at all. Find a way to contact the refund yourself and inform them that you have to pay an additional 500 baht for the walk-in to stay. We lost the free booking money and the hotel is not responsible at all, will not refund money, will not allow us to stay. And there was no help at all. Not even an apology Put every burden on the customer. The service is extremely bad.

Today's happy trip was interrupted [embarrassing]I have booked a hotel on the agoda platform, took a taxi to the hotel to check in, but was asked by the front desk to cancel the online reservation. If I need to stay at our hotel, I have to pay cash (which is more expensive than the original order). A notice stating that the hotel will only accept offline guests starting from December 2 is placed on the lobby table.The behavior of the hotel is really bad and commercial fraud.Since we don’t accept online guests, why not close the external network? Thinking of this problem, I quickly contacted the platform to complain.After 3 hours (a long wait), the matter was finally resolved and we found another hotel nearby.

Say no longer have contract. Asked to cancel booking and pay them local currency. Waste of time going there. Looks run down, staff sleeping on couch barely speak English.
