Don't come here!!! Condition of the house, items, electrical appliances!!! Totally sucks!!! Most importantly, the bed smells like urine!!! The bathroom has mold growing!!!!

Stayed on the 3rd floor and opened the room to smell a very strong pee smell. There is an old customer who pees and refuses to change the mattress before staying. Until the customer had to call to report it because he couldn't stand the bitter smell. I feel very bad. Air conditioner, 2nd floor room 1 The room isn't cool so I can't sleep. Had to find a 3rd floor bed on the sofa, having a hard time with back pain, and having children sleep with me, came to travel but it was difficult instead. There is no price reduction offered. Personally, I don't think about going back again. There is no air conditioning in the karaoke room.

The house is very bad. Some parts of the tube were not attached properly. The kitchen has cockroaches. The karaoke room has no air conditioning and the speakers are terrible.

Too many flies and cockroaches from the beginning of the entrance as complementary welcome. You can also find centipede in the first floor restroom. Both parking lots are too steep and difficult to park. Road to the hotel is narrow, must be really careful. There are some kind of the water on the road always, I don't know what water that is but I guess it probably sewage from houses on the hill going down to the sea. Not recommend for swimming because of the sewers.

We used to stay in the white house. I'm not quite okay with posting the house for sale because the agency said there are 3 bedrooms, which we think both us and many people probably think that all 3 bedrooms They all live in the same house. But the truth is not at all. The big house has only 2 rooms. And there will be a small house next to it, another bedroom. Personally, I think it looks rather lonely and scary. When I greeted him to ask about the details The accommodation has already informed us. Even though he didn't inform us at all. The other equipment is quite old. Should improve. The price is not commensurate with the quality at all.

The house has a good atmosphere. It's right next to the sea. There is a balcony in front of the house where you can sit around, grill, and eat with your family. Singing karaoke was very fun. Next time, I'll come stay here again. 😊

Great location and reasonable price. Has plenty of parking. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Great private space outside to relax or eat. Direct access to the beach. Ac in the main room and bedrooms. The place has wifi. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Thailand.

The price is suitable for the view. It's expensive (6,900 baht). This time we travel for 6 nights. I've slept next to the sea everywhere, one place per night. This place is the most expensive and the worst (other places next to the sea cost 4,500 to 5,000 baht, if you're looking for a good one you'll definitely find a promotion). Don't hurry.) But the cleanliness here is very bad. Every room smells bad. The sheets and blankets are not clean at all. There are a lot of dust stains everywhere. Had to sweep and mop the whole house again. The air conditioner downstairs isn't cool at all. Bad karaoke The TV is too old and not updated. Now TV4,000 can use YouTube. You should change the TV. Around the house there is garbage. There are a lot of cockroaches in the house. I don't recommend it to anyone who is afraid. The cups and plates were all broken, the glasses were dirty, the pans were old and bad, the microwave was very smelly. First time, only time. Thank you.

The small back may be a little stuffy. Both houses have air conditioning in every room, including the hall.I would like to deduct one star because of parking problems. Park one car in the house. Another car was parked in front of the house on the side of the road but had an angle to avoid the road.Another thing is that the condition of the house looks a little old, but it's not bad. The curtain covering the bathroom window is a bit torn. Girls may be a bit suspicious.Overall, I like it. In the morning, I can run to Saphan Pla, a distance of about a kilometer and a half.
