Gathering point for joining the Emerald Heart Island trip with Chantra Traveling. Breakfast is available. There is parking in the back.

The hotel is not too far from central, maybe just about a 10-minute walk. The bed is cleaned .Bathroom is smell something old. They also have television but without remote control. Wifi is not stable. Staff are not professional and need to be trained, especially the receptionist. Also, they don't even provide drinking water for guests.

Big clean room, good table, long useful desk can easily seat 2 people using their laptops. Separate Wardrobe.Good drawers for clothes and shelves too. Big mirrors. Bed OK. Parking in the yard feels safe. Kind and helpful staff. Location good but very close to a temple that sometimes is noisy/very noisy.

I found this address in Le Routard. I tried to call them explaining to the lady the number of people, for one night. And asking her what she had to offer us. She hangs up on me. I tried to call her back 3 times and she hung up every time. I don't understand... So, I don't know what to think of this reaction!!! Disappointed for sure.December 20, 2022

Bad experience for the first time comming. Front is no body care for checkin and bad for room old dirty, bathroom many thing not work.The front desk staff is terrible, not interested in checking in. The room is dirty, old, the bathroom is damaged in many ways and cannot be repaired.

It's okay. Plenty of parking.Room was booked based on the photos of cafe snack selections - as of 2020/12 these snacks/desserts are no longer available.Check in process was fast and simple, although they momentarily insisted on a passport in addition to a Thai driver's license. Rooms smell a bit stale and the bathroom is larger than the bedroom for some reason.

We arrive Le Ranong 23.Feb. 22.00 oclock, the room 209 smelled very mouldy. The matraze was elastic like a wood board with 2 blankets. The next day on 24.Feb we changed the room to 207.Why we have changed the room the owner, a woman wanted, we should pay the room double, because she could not rent out the room 209. She did not listen to my wife she argued very aggressive and spoke uninterupted. I said to her: Now stop, and let me expain something.NO CHANGE! She continues with her aggressive voice!After that we payed and left the Hotel.The reality:After we have checked out the room 209 the stuff has cleaned the room unmediately so that the room could rent out again.By the way - to that time no new customers where in the hotel.Pity!
