The hotel/apartments are run by a foreign owner and a local manager. Communication takes place via cell phone with the non-resident owner. The manager hardly speaks English (he is also a caretaker/cleaner/service employee).- we had the biggest house.-The rooms were old-fashioned, run-down and had a disgusting smell, especially the kitchen. There, especially the pantry cupboards and the dishes, which had some kind of coating.- most of the furniture is damaged.Everything makes a slightly shabby impression.- 2 of the 3 beds are really only suitable for children because otherwise you get back pain.I gave it 2 stars for that!Unfortunately, there is also how badly we were treated here. We are on a 1-year-old long-distance trip with our children, 3 and 6 years oldWe arrived there with all of our luggage and when we drove the rented vehicle into the driveway, the "manager" was immediately unfriendly. He drove harshly because of the vehicle in the driveway.When handing out the keys he complained about the previous guests. You don't do that, it made us feel uncomfortable and it's none of our business.The second situation, however, was the worst I've ever been in as a guest.We were at the pool with the children and I wanted to open one of the two umbrellas. These were closed due to the weather, for whatever reason. I was a bit clumsy when opening it because I thought the sun protection would work like the one in the previous accommodation. The umbrella head slipped out of the holder and I was able to hold on to it but I couldn't prevent it from slowly sinking onto the hedge. The umbrella and the hedge were not damaged. The Thai manager rushed to help me because he was standing nearby and had noticed the matter. Or so I thought. Instead, he snatched the umbrella from me, swore horribly in Thai, and started flapping the umbrella around like a madman. He hit me in the head with it. My children started crying. He never made up for it or ever apologized for it. We then went into the room in the best weather, over 30 degrees and sunshine.When the shock had worn off a bit, we contacted the actual owner and told him about the incident. He had asked that we could turn to him if anything happened. Because the manager on site hardly understands a word. We told him everything and he then consulted with his long-time employee, as he then emphasized.He then wrote to us that it was just a misunderstanding and that the man wanted to catch the umbrella. The umbrella was already on top of the hedge and even if the umbrella had burned or exploded, that doesn't give anyone the right to attack anyone. The owner then complained that he was not lucky with the situation and that he now had expensive damage and unhappy guests. Not a word of apology or anything like that from him either. If damage to the umbrella was actually caused, then only by the mentally disturbed employee. We didn't want to stay there anymore after that. Unfortunately we couldn't find anything with the children quickly otherwise we would have checked out.

Just a 5 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle, very helpful staff and a nice pool too!

Very pleasant stay whilst doing my diving course with big blue. Close to shops and restaurants but still very peaceful.

Feels like home! Houses are not super new, but very spacious and comfortable.The most important thing is that the resort is surrounded by the nature and nothing will disturb your sleep. Thank you for providing the perfect rest.P.S. Change the check out time on Booking from 12.00 to 10.00 ( the actual one). Because for some guests it may be confusing

The room is medium level, there is a sofa and the room is spacious but the TV does not work, the pool is not clean, the hotel is not maintained, there are no reception staff and no service. When we had questions or when we asked to extend our stay there was no one to talk to.Bottom line I don't recommend a long stay only if you are really stuck.

Quiet but good with a lovely garden and good pool. Very close to sairee beach and had no issues. Accommodating hosts were very helpful

We were here from 27 dec 2019 until 11 jan 2020. We had a wonderful stay. It was a lovely location. The service from handyman Yor, with his dog Okan, was perfect

AC broke twice. Safe broke twice. Toilet barely worked. Lukewarm shower. Smoky and hot location. And they give you a padlock for room which doesn't allow safety at night because you can't lock a room.The staff tried hard but it simply failed my wife and I on our honeymoon. I am not a whiner or negative person and usually give great reviews. But this place failed us.
