be carefulWe just suffered from this hotel, of course we ordered a room with air conditioning and got a room with a fan that makes a lot of noise, the room just boils even though it's nice outside, dirty, we had hundreds of ants on the balcony, so we couldn't use it at all, they put pictures of the rooms that are not up-to-date and not adjusted for what When you order, the corridor was smelly, there were ants on the bed, and the worst part is that the hosts just don't care, they disrespect the customers on a ridiculous level, I complained once and she just took the money I brought her and told me to leave,A shocking experience!

We had a room with AC, which I would recommend. The room was clean and cheap. The rooms are not particularly beautifully designed, but there is plenty of storage space and it is comparatively large, and the balcony with the view is just great. The woman at reception is friendly and relaxed, we were able to extend our stay and come back. I would always rent a room there again. And the location is perfect, right on the beach and close to restaurants. Within walking distance of the ferry. If you would like to take a diving course, I would like to recommend Koh Tao Divers, a great quality diving school with very great and well-trained diving instructors.

We stayed two nights, it is very well located, near the port and next to the beach, but our room was not very clean and did not have air conditioning.

Dirty towers, the bed was like a rock, so hard to sleep, aircon no working properly and the room was dirty, is just cheap price for single room

We did not get the room with AC that we actually booked as the host confused our reservation with another persons reservation. They told us that our actual room would be available next day, but next day they told us that the current visitor of the room extended their stay.

Really old hotel and rooms without air conditioning. You have to be used to sleeping in the heat...They close the reception at 9 p.m. without warning so if you leave the keys at reception you sleep outside.

Doesnt deserve the bad reviews. The place is nice, big clean room, big comfy bed. The woman working at reception is chill, let us extend multiple times. The laundry service is also good. One of the cheapest rooms on the whole island too. Thank you 🙏

Nice room with balcony, nice view and big bathroom. Though it’s a bit weird that there is no door for the toilet. There is no aircon only fan, and sometimes the power turned off in the night (might have been for the whole town i don’t know) but then it got really warm. The temperature in the room was always a bit higher than outside. Not a lot of privacy between the balconys. The hotel has a small shop where you can by water and other essentials. It was also really nice that we could keep extending our stay, since we never know how long we stay one place. We did chose this because it was the cheapest place we could find, so it definitely delivered

BEWAREI was SCAMMED here. Booked a room with AC and got a room with a fan. I went to the owner as this is obviously a mistake, he was insistent that it’s not even when I showed him the description of the room I booked stated there is AC. He just laughed and told me I could leave he doesn’t care, the other option was to pay DOUBLE and “upgrade” to a room with AC. Aside from the lovely host the room has never been cleaned, it features dirty sheets moldy pillows and towels stained with a variety of bodily fluids. The fridge is old, there’s graffiti on the bathroom door and the bed is made of tile. Overall this is the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in Thailand and I would recommend sleeping outside on the beach instead.

This is a review of their laundry service, not the resort itself. Their laundry service is useless. Many of the clothes weren't clean, the shirts I asked to be ironed weren't ironed, and we got 5 pairs of socks that don't belong to us so someone out there is missing theirs. The lady was also very curt and unfriendly. So overall definitely one to avoid

Such a great stay!!!We absolutely loved it here 🥰The location is the most decisive factor, you only have to cross the path and then you in the beach 🏖️The rooms have a nice layout + balcony and the price is VERY attractive for what you get… but sadly no AC

Electric fan room, no air conditioning, just 50-100 meters walk from the beach, big bathroom. It will be very hot to sleep here in summer. There is an open balcony with a lotus tree at the door.
