This place could be so great. Very stingy and cheap (new) owner, this place is going downhill with the day. Cockroaches in the room, dirty bathroom and toilet. Endless discussions with the Chinese owner who is not on site.Staff on site does not speak English but is friendly and wants to help.Even after promises of cleaning the room, the dead (killed by us) cockroaches were still lying there ..??Don’t go here

I like . Don’t rely too much on the kitchen) I recommend removing the dog from the area, or the dog’s owner cleaning up after his dog. Overall a great place))))🫶

Nice place for long stays. Comfortable bed, big bathtub, netflix, great location to everything with motorbike or walking, and never a flood cuz its at the top of a small incline. Big 1 bedroom 1 bath, pet friendly.

We booked the Montra, now Fantasy Wassermond, through Air Bnb, where the restaurant with Thai chefs, a tea pavilion and a book bar are advertised. Surrounded by shops, bars, massage and arts and crafts.There is, but 700 to 900m away. There is nothing in the immediate area. There is no bar and there is no restaurant either. There is only a rather dingy kitchen full of all sorts of things. (the restaurant and shops nearby were the reason for the booking)The rooms are large and also beautifully decorated. The garden is overgrown, no one cleans up fallen leaves, etc. Directly behind our villa at the head of the bed there was a washing machine and dryer for free use with no time limit. The beds are large but the mattresses are rock hard. There were cobwebs in the closets, but before we could find out where the residents were, we left.The owner insisted on paying for 2 nights, otherwise he would not have agreed to a refund.The pictures certainly come from the time before Corona, the system has little in common with these pictures

I booked this hotel for two months while on a solo vacation on Samui island. It is a beautiful resort with a large pool and lots of things nearby. Anything I couldn't walk to was a scooter or short taxi ride away! The owner here is also VERY nice and SOOOO helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed my time and i am already planning a trip back! I felt so safe and the whole staff was very nice. Highly recommend! :)

Come visit when the lockdown begins after Covid. It can be understood that the accommodation There hasn't been anyone coming to stay for a long time. But it has a nice private atmosphere. Exchange for a cheap price If the situation was normal, I probably wouldn't be able to stay because the accommodations are expensive. If I have a chance, I'd like to stay here again.

We booked in this hotel for 1 month the welcome is great the clean rooms ideally located close to many restaurants and the beach is 10 minutes walk away you can rent scooters 3 minutes walk away. Without hesitation we will come back and we recommend it.

Im booking for customers for stay lamai near the beach...very bad conditions,staff not take care customers and dogs stay inside resort and many smoke from garden and staff cry and put music too much not respect something... have many resort near more better ||Never booking again in this resort

This is a great place, a single-family villa with good privacy. There is a big swimming pool that is suitable for families to relax. The Lotus Supermarket is very convenient nearby. I love this place to stay next time.correct! By the way, the boss here is a Chinese, his Chinese food is delicious.

Reading the different reviews on Tripadvisor, we expected a great hotel.One thing is certain, the staff will go out of their way to satisfy you but what a shame not to exploit such a beautiful place as it should.The 9 bungalows could be a little paradise if they were properly maintained.In 6 nights spent in this hotel, we were changed rooms 3 times.The first had mold on the ceiling, the second had no hot water and when we were upgraded to the third the toilet didn't flush and the air conditioning was extremely noisy.When it comes to housekeeping, you don't have to be very careful...The service does not correspond to this category of hotel, even if I repeat the staff is dedicated.It could be a little paradise but what a shame it is so poorly maintained...One positive thing was a meal we had one evening by the pool and the chef prepared a nice meal for us

The staff are lovely and take good care of us. The overall room is ok, very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room. Suitable for families with small children. Considered to have a lot of usable space. There is a swimming pool in front of the room which is suitable. For homes with small children
