the worst hotel i've stayed in thailand (i been 13 times in 100+ hotels)|the worst staff ever - so rude it's unbelievable|they DO NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM AT ALL|THEY DONT CHANGE BED SHEETS|the water pressure is low|butter stay at a bungalow then pay 8000 baht for this|STAY AWAY!!!!!

WARNING: Avoid this hotel at all costs!I've been to Thailand 13 times, stayed in over 100 hotels, and this is by far the absolute WORST experience I've ever had. The staff are beyond rude—shockingly disrespectful and completely unprofessional. It’s like they’ve gone out of their way to make your stay miserable.BEWARE: They do NOT clean your room. I repeat, they DO NOT CLEAN!The bed sheets? They won’t even bother to change them, no matter how long you stay. Disgusting. The water pressure is a joke—good luck trying to take a decent shower.You’d be better off staying in a rundown bungalow than wasting 8000 baht here. It’s an absolute rip-off.STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You’ve been warned.

Keep your valuables in the safe. Housekeeping will search your bags. Nice room. Good location. Rooftop pool was nice but only really usable after sunset due to the heat and no shade. However my lasting impression is overall a negative one as I had $250 aud stolen from my bag. I realise this is partially my fault as it should have been stored in the safe. We contacted management and received no response at all which is pretty disappointing. At the end of the day it is a management problem, if housekeeping are stealing from guests then make sure they are supervised while doing their work or dont get the cheapest labour you can find. Employee people you know you can trust.

Very good location in Sairee two minutes from the beach. However, we were surprised by the music and the noise... especially at night because it was close to many bars. The room was nevertheless superb and the private swimming pool on the roof a real must. The view is quite exceptional, especially at sunset!

Best place we have stayed in our in our 5 weeks in SEA! Very clean, well equipped, cleaned very well each day, the rooftop pool was amazing and the views were great. Very intimate and chilled place to stay and the free shuttle to and from the pier we’re very helpful.

Really nice place to stay in Koh Tao. Almost mid Sairee beach, you’ll have access to a lot of restaurants and beach clubs by walk. The crew is super kind and really available. However, we have noted that room cleaning was not ideally conducted. Dust cleaning was not really made which leads, after 9 nights, to a quite dusty room. However, I recommend the hotel. 5 stars could be granted if the cleaning issue is fixed.

The suite is amazing, modern, clean and quiet. Located in Koh Tao’s Main Street, full of restaurants, bars and shops. Cherry on top, the suites are not even 20 mt from the amazing beach. The staff is super diligent and kind, eager to assist you anytime promptly. Staying at this property makes our experience unique.

Great accommodation - in the middle of the cake, modern, close to beach and especially with sensational roof terrace for every single room with pool and view over the sea into the sunset. Wow! In addition, the staff is very helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for?

We loved this place so much we extended our original 2 night stay for 4 more nights. Clean, comfortable, well-designed, modern, luxurious accommodation with an incredible location. Steps from the beach and several great restaurants, cafes, and dive shops. Our favorite accommodation of 6 weeks in Southeast Asia. Private rooftop with pool is a lovely bonus for enjoying the sunset.

Very nice rooms with all amenities.Suitable for a luxurious holiday in a prime location.Easy check-in procedure with free transfer back to the port.The accommodation can better be described as an apartment than as a hotel.Rooms are a bit noisy, but this was mainly due to noisy neighbors.
