First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the owners and staff of the hotel. They were friendly and polite.I’ll say right away: my conditions for checking into the hotel were special. I stayed for just one month.Therefore, no linen, no soap, no cleaning. Nothing.Buy your own linen. You can wash the floors yourself. However, upon checkout they asked for 300 baht for cleaning the room. That is, they took money for a service that will be done after my departure and which was not provided to me.Laundry is also done outside the hotel.It's a question of price.The ceiling fan is noisy.The location is convenient for those who are going to the airport or working, like me, nearby.There is hot water, but the shower splashes in the wrong direction.Insects ants are your close friends. Therefore, if you are against such a neighborhood, take Dichlorvos.Check the sockets.And it’s so quiet, the store is across the street. It's a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the airport. But it happens that when leaving this hotel the minibuses do not stop.Krabi is nearby.If you want to change dollars or euros, you need to catch a tuk-tuk at 9 am and get to the airport. Again, these blue tuk tuks have their own map of stops. Sometimes they don't stop.Therefore, sometimes it is difficult to rely on these blue tuk-tuks.Nearby is a good but expensive Mother March store (towards the airport) and next to it is a meat and grocery store.

The room is spacious and clean. But it's a bit dark. The walls of the room are so thin that you can hear the sound of the room next door. The water flows strong, sometimes soft. Good service staff

It's great for a stop-over to the next destination, it probably only opened recently so everything here is still very new.There is breakfast and the nearest 7eleven is just across the street.It's less than 5 minutes to the airport by taxi, TukTuk or bus.If you only want to stay one night, you are in good hands here.

Good location. Staff not very cheerful and if you arrive at 1:15 p.m., they ask you to wait until 2 p.m. but at least they keep your bag for you. Near a pretty Chinese temple and a very nice night market. The rooms don't seem very well soundproofed but there weren't many people so very quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Large and bright room. Well equipped and overlooking the forest.Good location. Staff not very smiling and if you arrive at 1:15, they ask you to wait until 2:00 but at least they keep your bag. Near you have a pretty Chinese temple and a very nice night market. The rooms do not seem very well soundproofed but there were not many people so very quiet and comfortable. Very clean. I would not even give this 1 star. The place feels like a concentration camp. The welcome was stone cold. Very unpleasant staff. Did not feel welcome at all. They also knew that I was a single guest could not even be bothered to put the beds together!!All round disappointing. Avoid all cost.

The hotel is built on a long but narrow strip of land. The rooms are large and high. It is very clean and the interior is well maintained. The staff is helpful but speaks poor English. …
