Great place to stay in Chaweng. Not too immersed in the bustle of the clubs but not far from restaurants and markets either. The lodges are spacious and well looked after. Every day they bring water and clean the rooms. Furthermore you are directly on the beach.Highly recommended

The rooms are single/double bungalow quite spacious and with a good and clean bathroom . A/C was the most noisy I have never had. You have to improve!!!|Hotel has a nice beach with free equipment. Many things were wrong with this accommodation. First of all, in the room there is a lot of fungus, and therefore you get allergy. Secondly, if you are not a party person and instead of partying all night you would like to sleep, I do not recommend this place. No sleep, because the non-stop bass sounds come through everything. Near at the beach there is every night a beach party.Thirdly, air-conditioning spits water on you when sitting on a chair that is located next to fridge. Also it is very loud and not that well working even. So if you are not awake already because of the beach party, you have to choose between unbearable hotness or loud humming of air conditioning.Fourthly, the bathroom handle fell. They changed it - four people had to stand in our room to change it. The whole time they kept the door open, so thanks to that we had a bunch of mosquitos inside. Then they left the door handle manual to the bathroom so that next time we can change it ourselves, apparently. In the bathroom there was at least shower gel and shampoo, no conditioner.Other not so nice things. When we first arrived, there was sand on the floor. Also the room service changes the towels too often, even if they were not used. Towels were the only things that were changed. During our four days stay, they did not wash our glasses or cups (for tree people, two cups, plates and three glasses). No bedsheets changed, and neither were changed the "carpets", aka small towels placed in front of bathroom door and main door. We would have preferred to have carpets and glasses changed, not the towels.Because of the fungus, we asked that can we cancel our stay and go. They said no, no money back. Yes, that is understandable, but confident hotel would have let us go. It is different to cancel suddenly without seeing the room, but in this case even no compromise. Fungus made two out of three in our travel group sick.Cherry on the top of the cake. The breakfast. For a vegan, do not waste your money for their breakfast. You'll end up with 1/3 cut of a mango, same amount of pineapple or perhaps a banana, and with two toasts without anything else than spoiled salad or sugary jam. Asking about options was difficult, because the language skills of the workers were not always enough. Breakfast was also small even for a person who eats everything. You can order one portions, no more than that. I as a vegan then ordered eggs and bacon for my friend, so that at least part of our group is fed better.Unfortunately this review became long and not so positive.

Not terrible .The bungalows furthest from the beach overlook the parking lotOld furniture, plastic chairs on the terrace, uncomfortable deckchairs on the beach which quickly goes into the shade. I like this place, right next to Chaweng Beach. It's also in a good location. Also close to Central Chaweng. The beach front is very wide. There are beach beds for guests to sleep on the beach for free. They are also cleaned every morning.The area inside the center of the resort is very wide, not cramped at all, unlike other places where the rooms are concentrated in a narrow area.Affordable room We stayed on New Year's Day for 2,500 baht, not a huge sum like other places. Maybe it's because this place has been open for a long time and is a bit old. The owner doesn't make too much profit. It's quite good. The room price includes breakfast. It's just not to our liking at all.The first night we slept in room A7, a large bed, slept well, not too far from the beach. There is a balcony in front of the viewing room.The second night we moved to room A4, a double bed. The bed was a bit hard. We couldn't sleep at all. Woke up at 4:00 a.m. because of back pain. After that, I couldn't sleep at all, but Room A4 is a little closer to the beach.There is no swimming pool at the hotel. It's an old style hotel with a restaurant right on the beach. There are many big trees, very shady. The beach is wide and has sand dunes rising up. It's very suitable for sleeping and admiring the sea view. But late at night, there's loud music from the pubs and bars on the beach that are far away. There will be some noise, a dull bass sound, enough to be annoying and disturb some sleep.But overall, this place is good. Good location, good size room. The price is very affordable. The area inside the resort is wide. The beach front is very good, wide but shady with large shade trees, clean, and there are no pubs and bars in front of the beach to disturb your relaxation. Except for the things next to it.
