We arrived at the hotel for three nights in mid-September. We chose this hotel because it has a Shabbat key and the flight attendants are familiar and know what we need on Shabbat. Let's move on to the rooms: the rooms are really big at the level of 5* plus but the maintenance of the rooms is very lacking, let's start with the shower which is very basic and a bad 2* score. We will move to the kitchen which was a very nice surprise but still old fashioned 3* The bedroom and the beds were perfectly fine except for the TV which you can't really do anything with 4* The balcony is really nice and it was fun to sit there and enjoy the view 5*. A simple and dirty pool, a shabby and rusty gym that seems to have been left over from the previous millennium.The thing that bothered me the most in the room was the noise of the air conditioner at night, every night for three nights, even though as soon as we arrived a technician came to check and fix it, the air conditioners made an abnormal and unbearable noise. This is the thing that ruined my vacation the most that I hardly slept and the air conditioners woke me up every night to mess with them (when I could), therefore and accordingly the hotel receives a weighted score of 2* from meI don't think I will go back there.

It’s so bad, that you change rules with Synergy. We stayed at your hotel a lot of times because of that. And it’s strange, that we can’t use pool in the beach, because it’s always empty:) Just hotel without pool at the beach aren’t so good. So, staff in Synergy was really rude with us and ignored my order for 10 minutes

Large and quiet hotel, in a good area right next to the arena where the Muai-Thai fights take place, and in front of a market to eat, motorbike rentals, etc… The rooms are huge and equipped with a kitchen, the Breakfast is buffet. It has a very nice pool, gym and in general the quality/price ratio is good.

I was attracted by the rave reviews this hotel is getting. Been coming to Koh Samui many times, have tried numerous hotels. This one is sadly not good value for money.On the positive, the bedrooms are huge and very clean. The negatives are: breakfast offer is poor, I was expecting a lot more, they don't even have real coffee (only instant); place is noisy, and no double glazing (busy roads around, boxing stadium next door); swimming pool is tiny, not much else to do in this hotel; woman at reception during day time is pretty stiff, very unusual for Thailand.For half the price you'd get at least comparable service and breakfast in dozens other places around.

This island Kosmoy amazes me every time. This is my fifth time on the island and only this time I got to know this magical place. Quiet and more quiet, calm sea and a lovely small pool. I will come back to stay here for sure.

Everything you'd expect from a quality hotel. Everything works, shower, electricity. Clean rooms, comfy beds. I arrived here to make a reservation at the counter after checking the price on the net. However the place was almost full, so i had to take a bit pricier room for the first night. The staff was super nice and they gave me the normal room with a discount for the rest of my stay for the following days.This was a nice experience and a really good to have proper rest in this "sanctuary " after a constant stream of varying guest houses, planes, buses, boats and whatever while backpacking around. The location is perfect, in the middle with a walking distance from everything around. And far enough from the nightlife to be quiet.
