Boris and his wife have created an extraordinary place there.As a non-vegan, I really enjoyed the vegan food.The staff was extremely friendly and personable.There was yoga every morning, so if you're looking for relaxation and deceleration, you've come to the right place.

This beautiful accommodation on Koh Pha-ngan offers individual bungalows that provide the perfect space to relax and unwind. There's a lovely outdoor communal kitchen, and the ladies at reception were so warm and caring—it was always a joy to see them. The chef prepared the most delicious vegan Thai dishes, and we found ourselves eating there every single day. With direct access to the sea, you fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves and wake up to it as well—an absolute dream. The atmosphere is so peaceful, it truly nourishes both body and soul. It’s the ideal spot to let go of all worries and simply be. They even offer yoga sessions every morning, which adds to the sense of serenity. We couldn't have asked for a better place to recharge.

I only used the yoga service on site and can't say anything about the rooms.But the reason that the yoga class is free is because of the competence of the teachers. The lovely woman was extremely unmotivated to give this class and, in my opinion, didn't have much knowledge of yoga, but instead used a booklet with exercises in it and did a few of them with us. There was no real guidance, no transitions and no breathing work. Unfortunately, this is not real yoga.

Bed wasn't ideal, the sheets were old and distressed and the length of bed was too small + the shower smelled. Ants were everywhere as well.

The rooms were good however had a small problem with bugs getting through the cracks, the mosquito net stopped us from getting bitten. The location was great, It had an amazing view out to sea and was very close to the pier and central town. The food that was served was lovely with a new breakfast every morning. The staff were amazing, very friendly and chatty. They helped us book a ferry to the next island. They also had yoga classes every morning. It was a very enjoyable stay in a great location with lovely staff couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful stay, close to the town but very quiet at night. We loved their sustainable concept including reducing waste to a minimum, water conservation and a shared kitchen including free tea & coffee. The bungalow was well equipped, the AC running good and quiet and everything was very clean. The staff is always helpful when you have questions and their kitchen is simple but delicious and cheap vegan food. We definitely would have extended our stay but it was booked out afterwards. We didn’t find anything that would need to be improved and can only recommend it. Its definitely great value for money. As they also provide good quality bottles to refill water and re-usable bags for shopping they keep a small deposit when checking in and check if everything is still there while check out - fair deal :)PS: that people give this lovely stay one or two stars because of the warm sea water and the tide is ridiculous.

The Colorful Hut was one of the most amazing accommodations on our 3-week family backpacking tour of Thailand in August 2023.Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Ko-Phangan, it is a true piece of relaxation. The complex is clear, the accommodations are simple but lovingly made. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place.Would you like to do yoga in the morning? Just join in.Just look at the sea and enjoy the peace and quiet? At any time.Reading books, lying in the hammock, taking a little paddling tour, enjoying the sunset... all no problem, even with children.The service was top. We had great conversations, always had an open ear and always had helpful people around us.Our other highlight: the best Pad Thai and the tastiest Pad Krapao we have ever eaten. Homemade vegan Snickers for dessert.We would have liked to have stayed longer. We haven't had this much deceleration in a long time. Thank you for the great time.

Super nice place to stay or visit. The manager also owns Blessing Hostel, where I was staying, and we had free yoga classes there. Literally the most beautiful place I have ever practiced yoga.

Very honestly, this place is very, very pretty.Scooter rental on site. No reception, however the staff is available, as well as the boss.The bungalows are super comfortable and quiet. In the morning, the only noise that disturbs is that of the birds. Private bathroom, very comfortable and very clean. Mosquito net around the bed.The beach is very pretty, with large round rocks on the right side. The sunsets are magnificent.Yoga classes are not my cup of tea. Vegan even less so. A small town center is 10 minutes away on foot, night market and traders.The team is great (Burmese).

Our choice of accommodation couldn't have been better. We stayed for 1 week and would have extended it if there was still room. It was fully booked until two months later. Free yoga every morning!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here over Christmas and had a great time, the food was all plantbased which we loved being vegetarian. You could stroll right onto the beach, we saw one of the best sunsets in our time in Thailand. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, there is also a little kitchen that you can share with other guests which is rare in Thailand.

It's a huge shame.. basically the stay was nice, the location is great and the accommodations were comfortable. The hot water didn't work for us and the tap below was dripping heavily. But we didn't care much about it and just accepted it as it was, we didn't want to cause any trouble and were otherwise very happy with the accommodation. When we wanted to check out at the end, a small towel was missing, we explained that we hadn't taken it with us and suspected that it had been accidentally taken while cleaning but not replaced (we used it for our feet in the shower). The manager didn't want to hear our explanation and deducted 200 baht from our deposit... A really unpleasant experience, especially since we couldn't do anything about it..

Yoga classes every morning, great!Road nearby for those in the back bungalows.Warning: the taxi number offered (I did not note its name) at reception is a public danger! Not to mention his friendliness...dangerous driver, at full speed all over the road, he almost knocked over at least 2 motorbikes...in short, DO NOT USE THIS TAxi

Family hotel, yoga classes every morning facing the sea! The Burmese staff are lovely.The bungalows are very nice, and the breakfasts are delicious. The shared kitchen allows you to share moments with other tenants! The beach and sea are clean and the hotel is well maintained. The hotel is quiet and very well located.

Great place for Koh Phangan vacation. Nice bungalows, nice employees, usable shared kitchen with fridge, drinking water provided. Vegan dishes are prepared quite cheaply by a chef for lunch and dinner. Breakfast can be booked for 180B. The beach and seating/lounging options make this hotel an absolute feel-good place. With the rented scooter you can reach all the important places on the island in a maximum of 30 minutes.Great atmosphere among all the travelers too, we will definitely be back!
