We stayed in a triple and a double on the second floor, which were large enough. Equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, soaps and a very large and comfortable shower. The room is particular, it has built-in beds with comfortable mattresses on them and built-in seats with mats to sit on. All very pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was not included but in the restaurant below it is possible to have it for 150/250 baht per person. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food is excellent and the prices are good. They suggested where to rent scooters. The staff was very kind and even if we had language problems with some they were always very helpful. In the vicinity there are various massage centers (we tried the one next door and had a great time), various types of restaurants including an Italian one, ATMs, exchange services and various small shops, markets etc. All extremely simple, but within reach. It is located about 300 meters from the beach and the location is strategic both for visiting other beaches and other locations. For the price paid it is absolutely recommended.It has no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. To keep in mind for those who have mobility problems or difficulties with luggage. In general, the internal light in the rooms is a bit low, with a few spotlights not well positioned. However we had a very good time. There was a fridge but they did not provide us with water upon arrival. Never mind, we bought it at the 7eleven not far away.

The entrance is very difficult to find.You have to enter the envelope behind the fire station and turn to the right to find it.There is no private parking space, so you have to find a place to park yourself.The room looked old and shabby and smelled musty.The bathroom light is flickering. The shower flow was slow. But the one that sprays the ass is strong.Next to the hotel there is construction that is very noisy and disturbing.The room is not very soundproof.Personally, it's not worth the price.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place in Koh Samui. The prices were reasonable, and the condition of the accommodations was good. Cheap and cheerful, little kitchen which is handy and decent air con. Does food. Tucked away just enough to keep the traffic noise at bay. Little bit of scruffy area but non stop taxis and baht busses for transportBed is a bit hard.Only 10 minutes to central shopping mall loads of local restaurants and 7/11 minuets away.And the beautiful main beach is literally round the corner.

Centrally located hotel. The rooms are OK. The cleanliness is also OK for the price. We had lots of mosquitoes in the room. The house is quite noisy. The reception is only staffed sporadically. There is a YumYum restaurant right in the house. Quite expensive, but great breakfast! Overall OK.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is very overpriced for the food you get there. The burger was just bread, meat and cheese… and the fries weren't good either! We would definitely NOT recommend!!!

Decent hotel stay. They provided me with a triple bedroom for one person 🤔. The rooms pretty decent need renovation, especially the shower and the kitchen area. Stairs are too steep, so be careful when you take your luggage up as there is no elevator and not kid friendly too. There is no option for breakfast, but the restaurant below saves decent grub. The location is pretty good with a lot of things around. Service is decent, nothing great. It's more like an apartment stay, not a hotel.

Absolutely astounded at how good this place is for the price. Only staying for two nights to meet the grandparents and take them back to Koh Phangan - where accommodation has sky rocketed. The room is clean and big, a double bed and a single, kitchenette, large bathroom, balcony, etc all in great condition. The menu and the food are fantastic - and great portions that are so cheap for samui. The staff are all absolutely amazing, very kind and helpful in all areas. Great owner too - which explains the great staff. I’ve stayed in a few places on Samui over the last year and this has to be my favourite, I wish I’d found it on my proper visits and not passing through. Highly recommend
