Good company, responsible, always in touch. 🤙🏾 we took an individual tour, drove our own car, no transfer 🚌:)The houses are ok, 👌🏽 there are new ones, there are older ones, the food is good, the food is not spicy, the choice is normal. Shower 🚿 toilet 🚽 - clean.Always hot/cold water, coffee ☕️, tea 🫖. Excursions, morning and evening safaris, classics)We’ve been to Khao Lak for the 3rd time, since we live in Thailand, everything is familiar and understandable to us. If you are eating for the first time, you will be overwhelmed with emotions ☺️, we recommend it! 🌊🏝️

The employees are good-natured, take care of them, and speak well to everyone, but .. !!!- Staying only 1 night is enough to try it out.- Fan room, very hot during the day (If the weather is good, it's OK.)The rooms are clean. But the bathroom is a hole. (At night there are rats running up)- important!! Towels do not dry and do not absorb water, very bad for playing in the water. I think the towels should be better.- There is no place to hang clothes. Or any shelves in the room should have them!- Food, if you come for more than 2 days and 1 night, the menu is extremely repetitive. Thai people seem okay. But the foreigners looked very pitiful.- There is no shampoo, only a (very small) bar of soap, 1 bar/person.Not coming again, forever.

Great experience overall, the rooms are basic but clean, only fans in the room but it wasn’t bad for us (at least in the wet season), guides were helpful and the trip was nice. Food is OK.Would not recommend staying an extra night unless you are really looking to be disconnected, there is no cellular reception or Wi-Fi and you rely on tour to get back to the pier (or pay for an expensive private ride back).Note that after getting to the pier you will probably need transfer to an additional location (either Khao Sok or your next destination) for which you need a van/private taxi.

Booked a stay for a few weeks at Smile Lake House and the Dome Camp. Super friendly service and help via WhatsApp! They help where necessary and provide more than enough information. No standard answers, but look at your personal itinerary and wishes. We look forward to staying in June! 🙏🏻

The raft is clean, the room looks good, the atmosphere is excellent. Delicious food, reasonable price, suitable for couples 🥰 Groups can use mobile phones for AIS 🎉 The lights are always on.

The atmosphere is very good.... The service staff is very good.The boat driver recommended it very well. The owner also cares about the customers. Order the employee to come talk with you. So that we don't get lonely Because we are Thai people who went with a foreigner group (there were only 2 Thai people).Take it, 5 stars won't be deducted, I recommend it.
