Located in kho phangan, just 1.5 kms away from the ferry points making it easily accessible to the public.It has their own beach area just few 50-60 metres from your stay with low depth where we can walk miles into the sea water and enjoy the sea.On the side of the beach there is a pathway that goes around the beach where we can walk and enjoy the natural habitats with dense trees and rocks where one can climb and relax in the evening.Rooms are not that big. It's good to sleep and rest you can enjoy the outside party places like waterfalls or full moon parties.The receptionist and the staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects.It has its own restaurant where we can enjoy international cuisine with sea waves calming us.

The staff speaks badly to you! Never seen that! No consideration, they are blatantly making fun of you! Fortunately there are at least one or two positive points: the view and the cuisine!I don't recommend.The swimming pool is open every other day and full of algae!

The restaurant is top notch! Very good Thai cuisine! Too bad the staff are rude! And I weigh my words!Really disappointed! There was only one young woman who was an exception and was very nice...The pool is full of algae...

Not recommended at all. Our experience was not good, the only good thing is the location.On the first night, 2 cockroaches were waiting for us in the shower and there was no response at the reception.The sheets are dirty, the pool is closed and the price remains the same.When we asked to clean the room they did not clean it for us.Expensive price and no value for money, the room has an uncomfortable bed and a pillow that you can't sleep on.When we asked for another pillow because I twisted my ankle there was no answer.In short, a bad experience and I wouldn't come back here!

The worst customer service I have experienced. They claim to not work with Agoda, which I booked from, the room I booked wasn't the correct one. The owner didn't bother to help at all, just didn't care as it was not his responsibility according to him. Stay away from this trap. There are cheaper and better options

Our bungalow boasts the most breathtaking views of the Koh Phangan beaches and islands. The food was fresh from the very waters we looked out on as we woke every morning. The owner is accommodating and friendly, generous and accessible when needed. I have no doubt we will return next year. Spoiler alert: say hello or Sa-was-dee-krub to the Myna bird when you arrive.

Do not recommend. Not as bad as people make it out to be but still uncomfortable.It’s a shame because the hotel itself is actually nice and has potential. Good location and the ocean front is gorgeous. The motorcycle shop down the road is great. The owner of Garfield’s can teach these guys how to run a business.There is legit zero hospitality at this resort. I have no idea why it has “resort” in the name. You feel like an outsider staying here. I even waved at the staff In the morning and was ignored. I don’t think the staff understand , a small gesture goes a long way with people.Rooms are gross and you can hear everything , even with earplugs in. I could hear the couple staying in the bungalow next to me cough all night.My room was only cleaned 2 times in a week a long stay. I felt like the staff were unapproachable. Although the cleaning staff were friendly and kind.

Well it's my own fault. I should have read the reviews. And I should not have booked for 8 days!!Anyhow, my honest review is 2 stars (being generous) when I arrived at 12:30. I had to wait until 2:30 even though my room was ready. The ONLY smile the people behind the counter in 8 days was my first day when I asked to check in early they smiled and pointed to the 100TB checking before 2pm sign.My room had mold. You can smell and see the black flower mold. I took a picture of my chair. The porches are together so when your neighbors smoke, you smoke. We they drunk talk late into the evening earplugs don't hush the escalating drunk talk.Ok beach with very shallow water for sitting only. The surrounding places are cheaper and far better rent value.The pool was gross with green water and floating algie. No way would I swim in it. (See current pictures)By living there for 8 days I felt like an inconvenience to management by staying there.It's amazing how the impact of a truely unfriendly vibe affects the overall negative mood for this place...

A lovely resort in a great location.Nai Wok is a small bay with a top-class sunset and clear water, very shallow but enough for swimming.Bungalow rustic and functional.I had a bungalow with air conditioning and a garden view. When I moved in, I discovered that there was no refrigerator. I actually thought this was standard now. When I asked, I got a refrigerator, but it cost me an additional 150 b per day.I'm not stingy, but I found that strange and I've never experienced that before.The pool is a bit unkempt but ok, the restaurant doesn't open until around 1:00 p.m.There is therefore no breakfast there in the morning. But the food is very good and is served in the evenings in a great atmosphere at the beach bar belonging to Beck's.Unfortunately there are some birds kept in cages in the resort parking lot, which you would rather see in the trees, but overall it's still a nice place.

For the life of me, I can't understand these terribly bad reviews here! I spontaneously got a cute bungalow here for 900 baht, was treated extremely friendly and had a good night's sleep. The complex is beautiful and well-kept and the sunset right on the beach took my breath away.Yes, the reception was only staffed when I checked in, the mattress was a little too hard and the fact that the bungalows don't have any windows takes some getting used to (the small point is deducted for the "everything"), but all in all it was one good experience and I would come again.What I would definitely recommend to everyone on this island: Please let the birds free! We live in 2024 and no one needs to put birds that are made to fly in a cage anymore! ;)Kind regards to Sai and thank you again!

Go during the full moon season. The price is normally high, about 6,500-7,000 baht. It's quite far from the party beach. But it's not far from Fairy Port, about 1 kilometer, but if you walk far, There is a baby iguana in a cage, very cute. I don't really like the room that has a slight smell from the sheets and blankets. The toilet is not clean. But there is coffee and tea made in the room. But if you get a room in the zone in front of the swimming pool, it should have a good atmosphere. The location is next to the beach.

Decent location, near to a great motorbike rental shop. The rooms are average. The pool looked dirty and in need of service. Restaurant is closed on Mondays. The normal price is decent, but do not recommend this place for Full Moon party at almost 7,000 baht.
