This place is very interesting as you driveBy. This building has a lot of character. Unfortunately, as soon as you enter the building there are no smiles and a confusing service. The coffee wasNot very good. There was none staying here at this hotel when we here. It is aBut deserted.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. It could be a beautiful spot and a nice hotel, even though the street is close and noisy. There is also no way to make the rooms fully dark. I have to sleep with a sleeping mask.The water that comes out of the tab stinks of rotten eggs. But the worst about the hotel is the staff. Nobody speaks English and the only thing they seem to be doing all day long is bother the guests with their noise. The lady who sweeps the floor listens to a podcast on speakerphone. When I ask her to switch it off because I need to focus on my work she demands I follow her to the manager and then stops sweeping. The manager shakes her head at me and walks away. Some of the staff bring their children who are noisy or watch annoying cartoons on their tablets. They seem to not understand that guests who book a hotel so far outside the city want their peace and quiet. And there is no way of telling them, because they don't understand.No taxi drives up here. You will need your own mode of transportation.And to top all this off, it's really expensive compared with other hotels in the area.

We stayed in one of the clay houses; the hotel is generally shaded by the many trees. The street is a bit noisy but you get used to it, everything is getting a bit old. It's clean, the people here are nice and responsive to your needs. Beds are comfortable, fans and air conditioning are available - but it is very cool in the lean-to houses. If you want to be a bit away from the city and still have lots of great cafes and restaurants around you, it's perfect. Working online also works - good internet, enough seats. The location is ideal with a scooter

Beautiful place, good atmosphere, many corners to take photos. Blanket, pillow, soft mattress, comfortable sleep Scented towels Hot water is available, and a hairdryer is provided, but on the side next to the road you will hear the sound of cars passing by all night.

The house: Nice, but an uninsulated, leaky mud house. Outside it was ten degrees at night, inside the house it was just as cold. There was no heating. Not acceptable for us with a small child!The location: puts so far outside of Chiang Mai that it is impossible to get a cab. No app covers the area.Beware: without your own ride, you're stuck there!No supermarkets nearby.Communication: No communication after booking, I had to proactively ask several times regarding checkin.Based on these facts, after arrival and a veeery cold night, we decided we could not stay there for a month as we planned. We came to a friendly agreement with the host and he agreed to refund us the rest of the money we had already paid. But after we left, he showed his true colors....End of the story: we paid 420 euros (15000 baht) for one night (!) in a cold house with mattresses on the floor and the host thinks this is a fair price...
