The rooms were spotless. Just three small cockroaches in the bathroom and the reception staff were not very friendly.Ideal for a night or two.

The room is clean. The only disadvantage is that the water flow in the shower is very weak. The water is not strong at all. Are the other floors also like this? I got a room on the 6th floor.

Quite tatty. The rooms smelled bad, we saw cockroaches and I'm pretty sure there was a bird in my room. Dirty towels and hallway carpet too. Very few options to eat, not suitable for lactose or gluten intolerant. The service barely speaks English and they were not very friendly.

The rubber tiles in the glider room hurt my feet. There is a part that is already taped up and doesn't look beautiful. The balcony side is not in use. But there was a lot of bird droppings, probably hardly any cleaning at all. As for the walkway on the guest floor, the rubber tiles were crumbling all the way. There should be a lot of people staying, so it should be continually improved.

This hotel is about an hour away from Surat Thani Airport.The price is cheap. It will be a stopover for people going to Samui or Phangan the next day.

Nice chain hotel, the owner bought the name franchise and renovated almost the entire hotel so some parts still haven't been renovated yet. Overall much better than the old one for sure, prices are reasonable as well on the main road in the middle of the city so it's a plus. Try and see what you might like if you are visiting Surat Thani.

Front staff It's like he's not very willing to work. The room is good. But the rubber tiles slipped. It should be repaired. Overall, it's enough to live in, convenient to travel, lots of parking.

Tissues in the room were not provided. There are no trash cans in the room, but in the bathroom. There is no kettle. The floor of the room is noisy when walking. The Wi-Fi is also more difficult to connect to. In conclusion, it's better to go to another branch of B2.

Cheap hotel in good location. They take deposit for the room and it takes them a while to check the room, return the deposit and let you free.The rooms are basic and clean.Facilities - nearly none.Elevator (only one) and corridors need some shape up.

27/7/2024The parking lot has a partial roof. Located next to the Surat Thani City Pillar Shrine, 5th floor view, large room 543, seeing the river and the City Pillar Shrine, beautiful view. There is an elevator, but it's small. If 4 people have luggage, they'll be cramped. There are towels and handkerchiefs provided. There was no tissue paper in the room. Only in the bathroom So is the trash can.The bathroom has wet and dry partitions. The air conditioner is cool.
