We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were super nice. They also helped us to book a tour to the lake. Would absolutely book this hotel again.

Our experience at this hotel left a lot to be desired, especially in relation to the facilities and services they offer. To begin with, the facilities are quite old and neglected. The towels they provided us were visibly very used, which does not give a feeling of cleanliness or comfort. In addition, the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to use throughout the stay.As for breakfast, we were surprised that it was a la carte, but what really disappointed us was the lack of variety and the small portions. For example, we ordered two pieces of toast with butter, but they only brought us a small jar of butter, clearly insufficient. Furthermore, if you ordered a coffee with milk, they only brought you a small shot of milk, which was not enough for two people. And if you opted for a machine coffee, they charged you an additional 70 baht, which we thought was an excessive charge for something so basic.Although the food in the a la carte restaurant is of good quality, it should be noted that the prices are quite high. It is not a budget option for eating at the hotel, although the quality is good, it is not a place I would recommend if you are looking for reasonable value for money.As for the excursions we booked through the hotel, our experience was even more disappointing. We booked two excursions and both were unsatisfactory. The first was a tour of the lake, which cost us 1,500 baht per person.However, we did not consider this activity to be worth the price we paid. We spent most of our time on a longtail boat, and the jungle walk, which was advertised as part of the tour, turned out to be just 100 meters long, not really worthy of being called a "hike."Additionally, the food we were offered during the tour was of very low quality, which was embarrassing considering the price we had paid.

I did enjoy on one of their bungalows. Loving the idea of sleeping that near to the river and the jungle. Their service is top and it is located 5 min to the entrance for the walk for the national park. Also, breakfast was included, great one! and having it at their terrace , it is very relaxing and good way to start the day.

Beautiful resort in the middle of the jungle.Lots to do in the area. The staff is happy to help book activities and taxis to and from another resort. The food in the restaurant is also very good. Definitely recommended to book. Rooms are simple, but beds are good!!

Best accomodation on our trip so far! With friendly and kind staff, cozy bedroom with a nice balcony and very filling breakfast every morning, why wouldn’t you come to this hidden paradise! If you are planning on doing any day hikes or night safari tours, ask for Bon, he is the happiest, most charismatic & caring guide you will ever ask for, he will treat you like his friend you never knew you needed! Thank you for being so inviting and if we ever come back we are sure to be staying here!

The cost of accommodation is quite high and the photos in the review seem pretty good but when you actually see them they don't quite live up to the description. The air conditioned room is very hot. The air conditioner is quite old and not well balanced with the room. Asked the staff to find a room for me, but it still wasn't cool.

We stayed here with zero bookings for the national park. This resort booked our overnight tour for the next day and organized transfers to our next location.

CONS FIRST: We took a grab from the airport for 1,100THB which was half the price this hotel quoted to take us from airport to hotel and they told us there would be someone with a sign waiting for us on arrival but he never showed up which is why we took the Grab. Our first meal was at this hotel and its tourist pricing with small portions and mediocre tasting food. Food came out very slow (1 hour for 4 meals) which was 1 meal per person every 15 minutes so nothing came out at the same time. They are very interested in selling excursions and after shopping around the town, we found they are selling for a little higher price.PROS: They had a fast check in with cold tea waiting for us. The rooms were super cute and super cozy with fun animals made from folding towels. They cleaned the rooms every day after we left. The grounds or property is very clean and beautiful with employees constantly trimming and sweeping. The location is just on the river that cuts through the town so you’re pretty much center of the town and there’s lots of restaurants to choose from.Overall it wasn’t my favorite place but it doesn’t deserve 3 stars so I’m settling with 4. I’d recommend shopping around for other restaurants and excursions

Good rooms in the middle of the village close to restaurants. Also good variety on the breakfast menu. Helped us arrange the overnight lake trip and even brought us to the bus station at no cost. The staff speaks very good English.

Beautifully kept resort. Delicious breakfast. We only got a room where the air conditioning did not work properly and it was hot. Then given a room where music from the adjacent bar would be audible. We slept there for 2 nights. Trekking was good

Great accommodation, cabins and beautiful surroundings, very close to restaurants and minimarkets. They also helped us with the tour to the floating cabins which was spectacular.
