The rooms are better than expected. If you think about this price rate, they are considered much better than other places. The rooms look new and clean. I guess they have been renovated. The security system is good with the use of key cards.The important thing is that the TV signal is clear and clear. Even the expensive schools in Surat Thani still have cool pictures. And the water is very strong no matter what floor you stay on.Near tourist attractions The market can be reached on foot, very convenient. I like it. I've come to stay several times now. I want to keep this price rate forever. Hehe 😘

The room is clean..but the receptionist seems to need to know more information...providing customer service. He didn't know anything about what we asked. We asked to borrow a spoon but there was none. It was a warm welcome that made me feel like I didn't want to go back to using the service again.

The Orchid residence hotel is located in the center of Surat Thani, a short distance from the night market, close to the river bank.This establishment does not offer great luxury, but it is practical and offers excellent value for money. The welcome was pleasant, the rooms are quiet, clean, and the comfortable bed.A large car park makes parking easy.

Not a real hotel, more of an apartment complex. Some of the staff don't speak English. Room quite large but very simply furnished. We had mold in the bathroom. Shower rather Thai style, no classic toilet paper, just small tissue pack. For one night e.g. B. to go to the islands the next day ok.

Stay close to the school if the school term is open. In the morning there was a lot of traffic jams. But the service and employees are very good.

Great place high quality clean new rooms and free toast+Coffe/milo for breakfast. Rooms have a desk and chair. Location is a bit deserted due to the school next by not that good for walking and exploring the city. But very good price for the good rooms

Good value for money, clean rooms, bedroom, bathroom, security system uses card to enter the room, breakfast is included, accommodation fee is 450 / night, double bed, receptionist, excellent service, there is a security guard, lots of parking. Near the night market, easy to find things to eat, would definitely recommend coming next time. Have a simple breakfast of bread, coffee.

Located a 4 minute walk from the night street food market. Clean rooms. Fresh towels, bed made and water supplied each day. Quiet and comfortable bed. We visited the city park on the island, the night street food market, saw a subtitled film at SF coliseum and City Pillar Shrine (San Lak Muang).

The rooms are beautiful, clean, priced at 450.- per night, both double beds and single beds. Breakfast is included and you can swipe cards with no charts. I really like it.
