It's a decent hostel & I stayed for a while. Clean enough, quiet enough & comfortable enough. It's not as clean or new as in the photos. & 14 beds/ room isn't great - for other hostels in the area at the same price, you can get a room with half the number of beds. I got bedbugs just once, so I changed beds & it was ok. Little lockers with keys, microwave, no knives, little tables. Not a social space, but good if you like a fairly quiet hostel.

Perfect place for a quiet stay. It’s not super social but it’s quite nice to have a quiet place to relax in the party environment! It’s super clean and the beds are comfortable. The man at reception is also super kind. He offered to bring me to the pier in his scooter the day of my departure so that I didn’t have to walk with my bag. So nice!!

This place is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The hostel is clean, fresh and organised. Free snacks for guests!! Free shower/shampoo, you can rent bikes at the office, its in a great location close to the beaches and lots of stuff going on. There's a launderette across the road. I recommend this place a lot. I only planned to stay for 1 night but it extended my stay to 4 nights because I am happy here 🙏👍

Perfect hostel!!! Excellent service, quiet, clean, showers with boiling water and a strong current, there are coffee and tea snacks and cold water all the time! Perfect place perfect perfect!

We loved this hostel! The rooms were comfortable and stylish and the hostel was generally quiet and peaceful, despite us staying over the full moon party period. They offer complimentary tea, coffee, snacks and drinking water.The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Upon checking out early morning, I had forgotten my AirPods in the room but by the time I’d realised, we were already on the way to the pier. I texted the WhatsApp number if the owner of the hostel and asked if he could find them. Without asking, he bought them down to the pier for me which was such a lovely gesture and so highly appreciated.I would definitely recommend Hao Norn if you’re looking to stay in Koh Phangang!

I am in love with this hostel. The service is a great 10/10. The rooms are super clean. Beds are comfortable and private. They offer snacks, tea, coffee and water to everyone. It is a new hostel near restaurants, 7/11 and many other facilities. Thank you!

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was really good. The owner is really nice. I couldn‘t check in on check in time so he came separate so I could check in. The rooms and bathroom are clean, the beds have curtins. There is free water, fruit, coffee and tea available. The location of this hostel is really good, bescause you can reach a lot by walking (7eleven, Phangan Food Court). I would highly recomend this hostel.

We spent five nights in this dormitory,comfortable beds, with toilet curtains, super clean with a cleaning lady who polishes every dayIn addition to the great location, the welcome is very pleasant. I recommend 100%.

Beautiful hostel. Receptionists stayed in late to check me in (my ferry was delayed), they pointed me in the direction of the nearest 7/11, laundrette and food markets, the rooms are quiet, beds are comfy with a light blanket towel, bottle of water on bed and curtains, bathrooms are clean, free water and snacks and teas coffee etc, 100% recommend. Defo a luxury hostel
