The price is very cheap, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the parking lot is very large. But some rooms are old and the color has faded but it's not a problem. Anyone who comes to sleep in Surat Thani city, I recommend this place as another option.

Good location.But the air conditioner is not cool. Air conditioner water leaks into suitcase Bad service staff The internal phone doesn't work. In the morning, I informed the staff that the air conditioner was leaking and the air conditioner was not cool. He said why didn't he call and report it? We told him that the phone in the room was broken. The staff told us to call the hotel with our mobile phone so they reported that the air conditioner was broken. Sigh. Then he forgot the shawl again and had him send it to us for a service fee of 150 baht. Expensive. Do you want to send it from Sattha to Samui? The shipping cost shouldn't be that expensive. In some schools, customers forget things. They send it for free.I can say just one word.Feeling bad 👎👎👎👎👎

Come reserve a meeting room to learn with the group, develop yourself to be beautiful and smart, and have an income. The meeting room can accommodate almost everyone. 50 people, lots of parking space The hotel is close to the Amway shop.

The hotel is good, everything is good except for the poor service staff. Just the deposit slip and the key were lost. And they called to inform them. They didn't refund the money. I have used the service here for 3 years. Count 20-30 times. But from now on, I won't recommend or come close to it again.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, it was evident that the staff had a severe language barrier, making communication nearly impossible. Despite booking through "Booking," they insisted I pay again, causing unnecessary stress. The condition of the hotel is appalling, with a foul odor permeating the entire place, an abundance of mosquitoes infesting the room, peeling paint on the walls, and a restroom that rivals the worst of prison facilities. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Stay today for a price of 590฿ Cleanliness ok There are restaurants and 7-Eleven around, but the mattresses are very soft. Until I had to take the blanket I brought and lay it down on the floor with my mother😁 Everything else is fine. I only criticize the bed.
